You have to be ready for how quickly things can happen. Since candidates can schedule themselves, you can have multiple candidates schedule interviews the same day you post an ad to a job board. The ability to share company content with candidiates, we have gotten great feedback from candidates who watch our videos. The platform is user friendly and easily customizable. There are times when technological issues can prove to be a barrier within the intevriew process. For example, issues with the microphone access, issues signing up for inteviews, and issues with the video qiality. Some of these challenges are simply a part of the nature of the viriual space and are not the fault solely of Hellohire. Their team listens to user feedback and sends out helpful updates frequently. Our organization hires at a relivively high volume each month. We would spend about 3 hours a day reching out to candidates to schedule phone screens.
