As our team was putting together the investment package, our rent rolls were becoming obsolete, but HelloData allowed us to track in real-time how leasing was performing, not just on the asset we were valuing but also on the comps. This gave us great precision in targeting our value in real-time, whereas our usual third-party sources needed to catch up in capturing those trends. **What do you dislike about HelloData.ai?** Wish this AI tool was around 5 years ago so the historical data would be more dense. **What problems is HelloData.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** No one offers real-time rent data, typically done via rent survey calls or third-party has to present ranges. Public data that is daily with a robust front end while providing APIs for technically minded organizations. The team has truly solved a number of problems that have popped up in our industry, while setting the stage for a number of other innovations that we are excited to see developed. The tool is certainly intuitive and implementation is as easy as the HelloData team turning on a switch. **What do you dislike about HelloData.ai?** The only true downside is the lack of historical data. However, that issue keeps getting less and less relevant with each passing day! Other than that, any issues we have truly had with the product, we have shared with the team and they have made changes to the platform to solve our pain points. **What problems is HelloData.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having clean, reliable, timely, publicly available data has been a challenge for some time. Further, knowing at what price a competitive unit leased at is nearly impossible. Well, HelloData has done their best to solve all of those problems. On top of that, having a fully built out API that we can leverage has been a game changer.
