We can resolve issues quicker and I think it's keeping the guests really happy too. Simple easy set-up, and it's not hard to learn. There isn't much need for training. **What do you dislike about Helix By MicroMetrics?** It has slow response times. Other than this, which I'm sure will be smoothed out appropriately, everything is amazing! **What problems is Helix By MicroMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving us a new way of interacting with the guests. We hope it will increase loyalty as well increase our ranking with reviews. ### 2. The graphics on the engagement report provide nice and simple to analyze information. Interaction with the guests. **What do you dislike about Helix By MicroMetrics?** Not having better filters on the guests' SMS Conversations.Being able to group and tag each messages would be great. Names anonymization. The employees don't really need to see the name of the clients all the time. **Recommendations to others considering Helix By MicroMetrics:** It's a nice platform and worst to try it. Especially if you are currently managing the guests' engagement with the traditional way. **What problems is Helix By MicroMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main benefit is not losing track of clients' opinions and being able to analyze them later on. It provides a reduction on future clients bad feedback and that's very positive ### 3. The experience was very positive. Now, with this tool, it allows me to automate a lot of work. ### 4. We got the license donated and tried using it and found out that we can improve the customer satisfaction and faster react on the issues our guests could experience while staying with us. However, for some reasons many of the bugs and feature improvements requests have been ignored or not taken action on. ### 5. It did not take much training to figure out. **What do you dislike about Helix By MicroMetrics?** I dislike the ability to analyze data same day for large contracts. People expect results in real time nowadays and I cant tell a client to hold on while I’m waiting for the information. **What problems is Helix By MicroMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to see room rates from previous 5 years.
