Fraudulent company. I was ripped off over 500$ for the plan upgrade I never took! I canceled my account on the 6th of August. At 20.48h on the 14th of August I receive an email with the plan update with the charge! I never entered the account in that period and it is easily proved by the access IP. The plan was updated from France, as is also explained in the "Access Management". I submitted numerous complaints and complaints, I tried a thousand ways to contact the Helium team and the answer was always the same "you are responsible for keeping your password safe". I have 2-factor authentication, and my password is completely secure. By the way, who else would be interested in upgrading to the most expensive plan after the account is cancelled, other than Helium? only Helium benefits, only Helium gets the money! Not any have had the decency to come up with any solutions to the problem. The customer is of no importance to this company. I demand to cancel the account and "they cannot", I demand that they remove my debit card and "they cannot", I demand that they delete my data from their database and "they cannot". After all, who owns the company? The case is being handed over to the police. Be very careful with this company! If anyone needs me to send you the screenshots as proof, just get in touch. I like all the options, Xray, Magnet, Cerebro, Keyword Tracker, listing Quality Score, product ranking, and many more. It helps to grow your sales and the main thing is how can take the leverage by using Helium 10. because it improves your sales with the gathered data. - No way to verify, if the data shown is correct.

- Not all ASINs, or regions/markets get all features.

I have heard great things about some of its capabilities. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get it set up properly after 4 weeks. The customer service reps will only offer assistance through text-chat. It takes forever. They'll ask you to keep sending them screenshots of all of these settings, and then in the end, they will tell you, "watch this video" or "take this training course" in order to learn how to do this. I can't believe a company can exist with customer support that is this bad. I came from a lower priced competitor who I could jump on a quick zoom call with, they'd take over my computer for 5 minutes and voila, everything was fixed.Helium 10 needs to jump into modern times and start giving better options to support their customers. Being able to compare products against one another for both Walmart and Amazon was really helpful when trying to see what is trending and what is being searched for the most. It helped to filter out items that are doing better than others, which is helpful when doing product research. The category list is very wide and covers anything you need to research. It will not let me delete old queries for some reason. So, now I have a really long list of product searches and I have to keep scrolling to find the one I want. Not efficient at all. I was also not very intuitive at first. With more use, I realized certain features that were not really apparent when I first started using it.
