What do you like best about HEEDS?

User friendliness, guiding analysts towards deep understanding of the system under investigation. Powerful search engine providing answers within the time/resource budget established BEFORE the best solution investigation begins. Phenomenal users’ support. What do you dislike about HEEDS?

I have not had a chance to investigate HEEDS response surface modeling features yet.

Downsides: Regret that I didn’t start using the tool earlier. So much time and effort could have been saved, if I started using HEEDS sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HEEDS?

Great fluent UI interface. Which can be easily understood and can easily operated. This software can handle complex design specifications and still can run seamlessly. And also it has great coustomer support. So if facing any problem then we can solve it quickly with help of there coustomer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HEEDS?

Not sure about dislike as it is a new software to me and getting to know about the UI is difficult.If they provide many open source on the software it'll be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is quite crowded due to the extensive functionality packed into the software. Teaching new users the process automation aspect can be challenging, mainly due to the need to cover numerous edge cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
