What do you like best about Hedonova?

One of the things I appreciate most about Hedonova is their easy investment process. Their KYC check was straightforward. I was able to complete it in a few minutes then, transfer the funds seamlessly. Convenient and simple! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hedonova?

I have encountered some challenges with their website. It’s not that organized and needs more improvement. It took awhile for me to figure out where to find the information that I needed. What I find particularly impressive is that I can connect with Hedonova's team easily because they have a dedicated WhatsApp line. As someone who travels frequently, I find it very convenient to communicate my questions or concerns through that channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hedonova?

Hedonova's mobile app, although functional, falls short in terms of performance. It tends to freeze occasionally. I personally think that they need to focus on the app's responsiveness to enhance overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area where Hedonova could make some improvements is in their WebApp. Their app design is not that great. They have promised a better WebApp design by early October. Hopefully, that should solve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
