What do you like best about Heatmap?

Heatmap.com's revenue attribution!! It's really mind blowing to see WHAT is driving revenue on our ecommerce clients websites. There's no other tool that does this, so it's changed how I look at websites. Customer support is great, easy to install, and I use it all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heatmap?

It's an early company so there are more features that can be built, but they'll get there with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Heatmap solving and how is that benefiting you?

All other heatmaps just show clicks and scrolls, but clicks aren't money! Heatmap.com is the only one that shows revenue. It's makes it 100x easier and more effective to actually run CRO campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Heatmap?

updating the websites for user attention was very easy using heatmap visualizations. It is real-time and easy to install in an existing website through a simple script. can be also integrated with WordPress and WiX websites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heatmap?

Direct integration with website builder such as WIX and many more. I hope in future Heatmap will be seen integrated analytics tools in Wordpress, WiX etc. no other dislikes as if now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

visualization of the user interaction with the website's pages and parts of the website with a heatmap color bar. Very easy to implement and monitor website analytics. Free premium plan is offered to students and teachers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no other dislikes so far. Privacy is a major concern for many users. Integration with websites can be more user-friendly with WordPress, WIX, etc. free plans available with limited features only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
