Heartpace is a management Software where an organization uses to keep and manage their employees efficiently and effectively so as to achieve the firm set goals and objectives. Heartpace works as performance review for the employees so as can be used as part of the decision when promoting some of them. the software has an appealing and intuitive user interface that users can easily understand on how it work.
