I also sent two emails because I had quick questions but never received a response. I don't have time to call but I can send a quick email and get a response at their leisure. **Recommendations to others considering Auris Payroll:** Very easy to set up and a little learning curve since the training was a video emailed to me. Had one off questions. I should not have sent an email because i did not get a response. **What problems is Auris Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have no clue on how to pay state or fed payroll taxes and this is the main reason i did it. There are only two employees so Heartland solved my problem but I wish the cost was a bit less since our company is so small. ### 2. I have worked with many PR services over the past 28 yrs and Heartland Payroll is on my top two. They are easy to work with, very efficient, and online features is very user friendly. Whenever we have a concern they respond very quickly. Usually under 15 minutes. **What do you dislike about Auris Payroll?** Know really. The cost is higher than other PR companies but the benefits to stay with HLP far out weighs the cost. Errors, errors, and more errors, Rude supervisors. I find they responsive, knowledgeable, an very professional. Any changes in the system are reported. They don't make mistakes and are very helpful when we have questions or any special needs. I've had issues setting up new employees and questions about court-ordered wage garnishment, for example. I always get fast answers and the right answer from Suzanne Slagle, our specialist. Even on the rare occasion that Suzanne is out, the other specialists step right in to assist. **What do you dislike about Auris Payroll?** My only complaint is that the quarterly reports seem to take awhile at times to be uploaded but it's not a big problem. **Recommendations to others considering Auris Payroll:** It's a fantastic service and I couldn't recommend it more. Deductions and benefits are tracked in Heartland's system which gives us a check to validate our in-house tracking and also offers a back-up in case something would happen to our records. The employees will have to refile there income tax back to 2014 and they will only give $25 per employee per year when it could cost $125 to start per employee per year. I run a seasonal business without about 600-700 employees, and I had literally been in tears trying to run payroll with the payroll company I had before Heartland, which happens to be one of the largest payroll companies in the U.S. **What do you dislike about Auris Payroll?** I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike. When the sales rep that I had at Paychex left and went to Heartland, I saw the writing on the wall. Joan Kurtenbach has been such a knowledgeable resource about everything regarding payroll, and I don't know what I'd do without her. The only complaint I have is that I did not receive my W-2s by January 22nd. I had to call on January 28th, and they still have not been mailed.
