What do you like best about Heartland Digital Dining?

I like that it's simple to use and it's a basic software for ordering drinks and food and payments.

What do you dislike about Heartland Digital Dining?

I think it could have less sub menus and when you go to delete a payment it prints out way too many receipt papers. Also for the reopening a check process is way to long and could be simplified Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

System appear outdated and was unattractive in appearance but did all that we needed so who can complain! System also would crash from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Digital dining was easy to navigate and make changes in house. the different layers of menus were nice as well. reporting was consistent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heartland Digital Dining?

when it came to support, it was very expensive without a contract. when it came time to upgrade to be compliant with pci standards it was not financially viable to continue with the software and computers we have. it was much more feasible to go to ipad based systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
