The best feature for me is when I can see events live as they happen, limit those to only see mine and then build dashboards from there. It sometimes can be a little daunting when interacting with a tool like this for the first time. By no means I am an expert but I feel that I am not able to extract the full value out of Heap. Heap is great in many different ways but one thing that I always find that could use some work and improvement is the 'Paths' reports. They're often confusing and complicated to visualize correctly. For larger meetings with executives, we'll have to provide evidence on every major design decision, easy definition of the event, and the ability to have it as a summary dashboard solves most of my problems. Mobile support leaves a bit to be desired (no Flutter support) and the huge flexibility and variety is a bit of a crux in the beginning - it's kinda hard to jump into it, but that is to be expected when you have so many options.
