It is all inclusive across the healthcare spectrum which eliminates the necessity to integrate and relieves not only the tedious time consuming and costly training and IT troubleshooting when you are using multiple platforms and trying to educate your staff and integrate. **What do you dislike about HealthStream Policy Manager?** Initially requires knowledgeable and experienced Administrative HIM professionals to input/upload/edit/review . I believe this is an ongoing necessity and there is no workaround so this is more of an interactive database tool for maintaining and disseminating compliant Policy/Pricedures as opposed to an active replacement for Process Improvement. It would be more useful if ibased upon query. Department heads and staff should be prompted at frequent intervals or asked to input with monthly reports to Dept Heads reflecting areas of policy concern eliminating the need for regular time-consuming CQI Process Improvement Meetings .There should be virtual options for collaboration and recommendations because Policies and procedures require human interaction in their development and ongoing.maintainance **What problems is HealthStream Policy Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance Database and realtime dissemination. ### 7.
