I like that the HealthStream Learning Management System is simple to use and kinda streamlines the process of doing the modules. I find it valuable that it allows me to do the same modules, providing a standardized learning experience by sharing these modules with everyone in our hospital. I find the HealthStream Learning Management System quick and efficient, with options that allow me to complete assessments and policies on my own time. The organization can put out each policy quickly, making it reviewable and completable before a deadline. The video viewer's feature to speed up audio allows me flexibility to manage my time effectively. The integration with e-learning systems makes certifications easy to complete. HealthStream Learning Management System is easy to use and keeps transcripts for a completed history not just a year's time. I've utilized other systems, but this system has been easy to learn and utilize daily in my professional job. We use it for educational resources, hosting classes and assignments, running reports, competency skills checklists, and updating certifications. Manual Cleanup of old classes when people don't mark them as completed which is strictly workflow related. With Jane AI, there is an issue with having to readd some of the nurses that we already had on there which is a small frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The current setup for reports and analytical reports helps a lot with day-to-day needs, especially when responding to state and department requests. Building professional-level, well put-together courses often requires external applications, like video editing software or Adobe Captivate (tools my organization won’t pay for.)
