Nothing at all, I am required to use it for learning assessments at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a lot of different learning modules (if you can find what you are looking for). Also they have some classes that you can test out of if you pass the preliminary test. This is helpful for employee annual trainings for people who have done the same class many times. There are a few helpful mentors and some live trainings for administrators who are trying to learn how the system works are available, but we did not find them very helpful. There is and additional website where you can find support from other users but I find that hard to use as well. They offer the ability to create your own content if that is something you want to do. It is a very cumbersome site/product to navigate, even our IT guy finds it challenging. As an admin, you can't preview classes by clicking through, you have to sit through the whole module in real time. It's very frustrating when searching to add a class on a particular topic, it's hard to find what you are looking for. The main page for admins has so many things on it, it's difficult to figure out how to do what you need to do. They require a 3 year commitment, which we now regret. Overall we are just frustrated with it being so complicated to use, so we are not getting the value of the money we paid for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
