**What do you like best about Healthie?**

As a solo practitioner I was looking for an EHR program that fit the needs of my boutique practice while keeping cost low. A lot of EHR programs I had used in the past required me to pay significantly more for features I needed to run my clinic or I had to "add-on" features. These other programs weren't as user friendly and I often had technical issues. 

Healthie is user friendly, customizable, the core features include everything I need to run my clinic, allows me to send messages directly to patients, and includes a patient app and portal. I am really looking forward to the ease of collecting information from my patients and scheduling patients as a solo practioner!

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

Customizing my schedule has been tedious. I wish that there was a mass availability customizer instead of having to manually set each day .

**What problems is Healthie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Healthie allows me to message my patients securely and I eventually plan to use the telemedicine feature for video consults. I love the announcement feature as this has allowed me to share my supplement dispensary with all of my clients at once.

**What do you like best about Healthie?**

Healthie provides a comprehensive solutions for clinicians of various disciplines: dieticians, mental health professionals, physical therapists, etc. It offers customizable templates for quick setup, a client portal to track nutrition and activity while also integrating with some wearable technology.  The HIPAA-compliant messaging and video features support secure remote coaching and telehealth. Onboarding is fairly simple and the platforms provides a streamlined approach to SOAP notes, scheduling, payments, journaling, feedback, and virtual course delivery—all in one place. Customer service was also very good.

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

Food tracking was very time-consuming and sometimes unresponsive. Telehealth services on occasion were interrupted - this is difficult to judge against the platform because it could be related to poor user connection. Designing and delivering virtual programs is a bit clunky.

**What problems is Healthie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Healthie solves both clinical and administrative problems. Clinicians will find documentation to be easy, whether they use templates or design their own. Client scheduling and online payment processing is easy. The HIPAA-compliant platform is great for the safety and security of PHI. Clinical and administrative tasks can all be performed on one platform.

Their commitment to continuous improvement. Healthie was a great product when we started using it, and its only gotten better for our providers and clients.

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

I think the things we "dislike" about Healthie have happened, and do happen, with every EMR. That said, the main opportunity for improvement from our practice's viewpoint is the client onboarding process and the number of clicks it takes to add information.

**What problems is Healthie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are too many "problems" facing privates practices to list them all; but Healthie helps ease, or solves, many of them by providing a robust EMR with client, provider, and administrative capabilities and features.

**What do you like best about Healthie?**

It has an extensive feature set that covers almost all the needs of our Weight Loss Clinic. A real one stop shop. (a quick second best is their support - I commend their support team and how much they care about the success of their customers)

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

This may be unique to us, but the lack of integration with GoHighLevel is our biggest gripe.  In our field (Medical Weight Loss), most marketing agencies, well I should amend that and say 99+% of them leverage GoHighLevel for lead tracking and management. We are always having to manually duplicate information between GHL an Healthie, and there is not a great way to sync calendars or patient flow.

Also GHL sends out reminder to patients about upcoming appointments, as does Healthie and at times Patients get crazy saturated with reminders to the point we've had a few out right cancel.  Without good integration we for example can't say "If patient was sourced from GHL Agency XYZ" do NOT send out Healthie reminders for Txt/email.

**What problems is Healthie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interesting question to answer as it solves all most all of our needs. Patient Records, Charting, Scheduling of appointments, tracking Vitals, billing (since we are strictly patient pay), Intake Forms to have a near virtual paper less office, faxing, messaging between patients and the office, the bundling of programs into packages and Dashboard support to see at a glance how our business is doing from a revenue and appointment analytics point of view.

**What do you like best about Healthie?**

I have a Functional Medicine virtual wellness program, and I love that Healthie incorporates everything I need into one platform for my clients. From resources, appointment scheduling, lab results, and communication - everything is located in their portal for them when they log in. The app makes it convenient for messaging or listening to audio files as part of their program.

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

While Healthie does have a chat feature where community chats can be initiated, I have found it difficult to get conversations flowing between members. A more interactive discussion board would be desirable to increase the community aspect of a well-rounded wellness program.

**What problems is Healthie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Healthie has integrated all systems into one platform, so that I don't need to have multiple subscriptions or services. It streamlines how I help my clients and makes it less confusing and more organized for them as well. They really enjoy the many features of the platform including chat, accessing documents or their program modules, scheduling sessions, and even using the personal journal.

The customer service at Healthie is top of the line - responding to questions promptly and has 100% of the time resolved any inquiry I have had.

What I dislike the most is you can't pick up the phone, call customer service and get help.  If you send an email they send one back and  refer you to a blog post or video.   Customer services is lacking.   Also some things  are wonky,   like you put in a patients date of birth and once you put in the month it does not automatically tab to  day, you have to tab over and same for year

That I can book, bill and chart in one place.

**What do you like best about Healthie?**

Nothing, it never exceeded expectations anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

- Predatory pricing, always trying to upsell every feature in any way.  All of the features were still not fully developed, pretty much selling you something that's in beta.
- Not able to actually use anything unless you pay them more, across the entire product, yet all of the product offerings lack customizability, UX, thoughtfulness in design, everything.
- Hard to debug any issues whatsoever since there error messaging and ability to review issues was nonexistent.
- Horrible support routing where you need to constantly email them even if you have a Slack channel that was support to provide you "Enterprise" support, needed to reroute and repeat the message to a new person all over again.  Extremely slow in getting anything solved, overall just a pain everywhere.  We tried using the product and spend months of development time on it, and abandoned the product within 1 month even though our contract was annual.  It was just too much of a waste of time.

Healthie was trying to be an EHR, but failed everywhere, so that isn't benefiting me at all.

**What do you like best about Healthie?**

Patient Centric software with app for the patient. However, problematic because it gives far too much access to the provider. If you have a successful practice this is not sustainable or scalable to meet your needs. Patients text all the time and this is now a billable charge due to wasting provider time per CMS.

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

Billing is broken. No support to providers. No phone. You must chart during the day and email them the description of their numerous bugging software and deal with patients complaining about software to you as the provider. The software is not designed with the provider in the mind and creates fatigue and burn-out.

**What problems is Healthie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used the software for 3.5 years. The first year was terrible for the patient side. I found that all the features the patients did not use, did not engage with, texting patients used too much burning out the provider, billing is terrible and doesn't connect easily to scrubbing software or clearinghouse. Only one choice of clearinghouse. It only solved the problem of sending patient reminders and patient self-fill intake forms prior to appointment. It has a fax that doesn't work most of the time. Providers faxes were constantly missed. This software created a lot of burn out for a solo practice that is growing.

**What do you like best about Healthie?**

I did not like anything about this company.  I have never had such a negative experience.  I should bill them for all of the fustration.  Use Simple Practice or Practice Better or even Quenza.

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

User beware!  Be absolutely aware!  I will never again use a service that does not allow me to delete my credit card information or cancel the service within the software.  Imagine having a 14-day trial, finally having your data migrated over around day 12, and cancelling the software via portal communication day 13, only to learn day 15 that your trial was not cancelled in time because the company is based out of Europe, not the United States.  And yes, I absolutely attempted to cancel the service on Day 13, which would have been their 14.  But it was not "received" by them in time, which is part of the problem: they are slow.  Not only this, but when I disputed the charge with my bank, the bank communicated with me that they used my log-in history to show I used the service after my trial.  Logging in to ask where is my credit and using the service are two totally different things, for if I can only communicated to cancel my service through your portal, how else can I message you?  I feel taken advantaged of and cheated.  I cannot state what Healthie's intentions were, but I walked away feeling like my onboarding was so slow that they should have given me the benefit of the doubt, especially since I had not actually been able to utilize the service due to hurdle after hurdle.  For me, Healthie is not user-friendly.  Healthie even stated around Day 15/16, two-days into my paid subscription, that they will not give a refund once you have been charged.  Wow . . . just wow!

They actually refused to help me.  Now, as I complained during the trail that the migration was not occuring quickly enough, and I could not use key features, I did receive pages to read.  I am fairly tech savvy.  The solutions did not work, leaving me the impression that the softwar is a little buggy, at least at the time of my use.  After they "had my money," I hit a stone wall, and they would not budge on my refund.  I find it hard to believe that a business could hear that a customer could not even use the service functionally, meaning in a way to understand how to interact with my clients, yet the business keeps the money when the client is saying, "Thanks, but no thanks...I will take a refund, especially since I communicated early enough that I wanted to cancel the service."

Of course no product or service is perfect so there may be minor issues or area's for improvement, overall, it seems that healthie is a useful and valuable tool for wellness

Healthie is convenient because it has payment integrations, forms, messaging features, runs insurance, and scheduling abilities, and it is HIPPA compliant. It is easy to keep patients organized

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

The user interface is a bit clunky, and it doesn't look great for the user.  Patients cannot schedule appointments far in advance, there is a cap in how far they can schedule out, the customer service is subpar. My account manager was very unhelpful.

The feature for clients to upload photos as well as indicate mood and healthiness, as well as integrate zoom for calls, and chat feature and ease of schedulnig clients.

The macro tracking isn't as user friendly and accurate as my fitness pal from what I have found.

Not only is this user friendly for the practitioner but also for the patient/client. From the calendar to charting, the easy functionality is key for this product.

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

Honestly, the only thing I wish was a little easier in this program is the process of marking that an appointment has occurred. Right now it takes several steps to do so.

Connecting with patients and having a EMR that is easy to use. It's HIPAA compliant but still easy to use.

I love that Healthie is constantly taking product recommendations and implementing them really quickly. They are so interested in the user experience, and they really do listen to feedback.

Because it is a newer software, there are some improvements to be made in order to make it really comprehensive - but they are always working on making it better.

Client engagement, accountability, scheduling, billing - pretty much all the admin work! It's a huge time saver and really helps me to stay organized with managing my client load.

**What do you like best about Healthie?**

I love that you can do everything you basically need as a dietitian. You can run courses, you can do private practice, it's HIPAA compliant, you can do your charting in there, send forms for clients to sign off on, send and receive faxes, it has an APP that clients can log their meals in. 

**What do you dislike about Healthie?**

the only thing it's really missing is I wish it had nutritional analysis like myfitnesspal along with the journal. But otherwise it is really great.

Healthie is really a great tool, and it's better than any of the others that I have trialed. It is more expensive, but the support and features you get is well worth the cost.

This software is a game changer. It has helped with increasing our office's revenue as well as a huge time saver. It's sooo easy to use.

I would really like to see an easier way to integrate forms we use and upload into the software. This would increase ease of use for us.

Utilize tech support with any questions.
