**What do you like best about HealthEngine?**

Ease of booking appointments is seamless.

**What do you dislike about HealthEngine?**

I'd be concerned about patient data. They were posecuted by ACCC a couple of years back and fined $2.9mllion for misleading consumers and sharing patient data with insurers. Patient appointment bookings.

**What do you like best about HealthEngine?**

It helps me to book online for my appointments.a
 Also it's keep on sending reminders which is the best feature I link till my appointment date.

It helps me a lot to save my time while taking care of my family.

**What do you dislike about HealthEngine?**

Although it's very good product but i can see there are some issues also like in rescheduling appointments and at the time of communication there is some time teg.

**What problems is HealthEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in bookings from the website and instantly i was getting  digital new patient form to fill. It also provide self check-ins for patients and automatic SMS for appointments which keep on reminding me of my appointments.

It helps customers find the best health care in their area. It offers medical centers with a variety of services all in one place to choose from.

**What do you dislike about HealthEngine?**

Their customer support. Not easy to get to them when there is a problem.

**Recommendations to others considering HealthEngine:**

It is a good platform for medical centers to get customers since it's easy to get appointment via the health engine site.

It helps our clients get appointments online and so helps them grow their business.
