I had four large masses under my skin and doctors were kinda guessing as to what this might be. I was also having breathing problems and a lot of joint pain. I went on health transzfom and was able to put down all of the symptoms I was having and was told to get my doctor to do a punch biopsy and sure enough I had the sarcoidosis unfortunately. But with this website I’m able to use care management and when I go into see my doctor I’m more informed and really know what’s going on. Great site **What do you dislike about Health TranZform?** I don’t believe that they have all of the doctors who specialize in my illness on the site but I’m going to be honest I don’t really have anything bad to say about this site. **What problems is Health TranZform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like I said before this site helps you to figure out the best care for your medical problems and takes the long process of research and searching from you. ### 3.
