UI is great. There is barely any learning curve and usability is quite straight-forward. 2.End user UI is better than any software available for this purpose. The reports for patients or even their charts are dynamically synced and end user has a great experience. **What do you dislike about HCS Connect?** 1. There can be more additions which we suggest to the company on a regular basis and the best part is that they are working on adding those features in upcoming releases. This may not sound like a con, but HCS Connect do miss on some basic functionalities at times, such as must have integrations with third party plugins but definately, these are not a road blocker. **What problems is HCS Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have this implmented for our Life Sciences clients. The required modules can be chosen from HCS and only selected modules can be implemented and used. We have done this for multiple clients, therefore we have use all the modules. All over, this is a pretty solid platform and a promising one. ### 2. Dashboards are stunning and can be tweaked with tons of insightly charts 2. Immediate delivery of reports to clients with notifications is great for old-age patients 3. Integrates with back-office CRM, therefore, can easily work in sync. **What do you dislike about HCS Connect?** Nothing majorly to be disliked in this software, it has quite a good build quality which performance is really good and blazing fast. We have been loving this platform so far. **What problems is HCS Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have healt-care clients which inturn need timely delivery of reports to their patients. This platform helps them to curate personalised dashboards per report and then also publish it with utmost security. It is made sure that the reports travel in an encrypted fashion and only the intended recepient receives the reports. ### 4. You can even get your billing done via this tool and also share them across via various CRM tools because of its amazing integration capabilities. Reporting and report delivery is also great! **What do you dislike about HCS Connect?** The GUI is pretty complex at first, but it seems to blend in with time. Vendor documentation is helpful and shall be kept handy for effective operations. Online community is limited but it will increase with time. **What problems is HCS Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Health-care clients use this tool for all their billing operations. Some of our clients also use this for report generation and then notification to their patients which works pretty great and blazing fast. ### 5.
