I think it was a large amount of software and applications in the system. The other things were fine. **What problems is HCL BigFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the main tasks is to platform equipment and leave it with the original factory software. Using the systems language (Relevance language) you are able to perform just about any task to any number of systems with just a few clicks. Need to update a registry key on 700 computers without using Group policy, easy. Deploying software, easy, done. Applying patches, easy, done. Do you need inventory information for your entire fleet, easy, done. So many capabilities. **What do you dislike about HCL BigFix?** Relevance language can take time to learn, but is worth the investment. **What problems is HCL BigFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Windows and third party patching. Overall management of our windows fleet of computers (Installing apps, making system changes, gathering information) You name it, we can do it. If something can be done via command line\PowerShell etc, you can perform the task with Bigfix. ### 37.
