No proper marketing. Should cover small and medium business. Need huge partner technical support team across India. Should also release SAS module for small and medium business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it when the product can update itself, and it integrates well with other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a big learning curve to get the system going initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My user experience has been very outrageous and momentous. I appreciate the good work by the support team from HCl that never seems to fade away.
We use this tool to fix all the endpoints issues for all our devices may it be Mobile, tablet or even PC or the cloud.
We have been able to patch all our systems, Windows and Linux and the security system now is perfect and stable.
Overall the way this tool helps us to simplify how we manage our end-points on production is definitely a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very easy to deploy this tool saves more time and making endpoints management a breeze.
It has been the best experience as well when it comes down to technical support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the leading endpoint management platforms is HCL's BigFix. Simple in setup and installation. It consolidates the functions of compliance, distribution, patching, and reporting. The product's adaptability to different scenarios meant that we were able to quickly resolve issues with our endpoints and streamline the rollout of security updates. This system's centralised report production function aids in keeping tabs on the health of our endpoints. It maintains the safety of our apps, gadgets, etc. by routinely scanning them and any other apps we use. All in all, it's a fantastic product for controlling both real and simulated computers. BigFix is a committed community of users who collaborate to develop new methods for fixing existing problems. The fact that they are generous with both their knowledge and their code is a major plus. It offers decent integration features, however its mobile device management is lacking in my opinion. It has the potential to help with this kind of end-to-end connection, and from what I can tell, the price of the corporate edition isn't too prohibitive.
The manual's instructions may use some expanding upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HCL Bigfix has the most valuable and effective firewall against malware and phishing attacks to keep the data security effective all the time. The best feature of HCL Bigfix is providing continuous updates for the product to keep the systems and email clients secure against the latest and advanced threats. The quarantine feature for suspected emails also works great which helps us to decide in time if the email was relevant or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HCL Bigfix has all the advanced features available to cater to all modern-age data security threats and it keeps updating the software regularly. There is nothing to dislike about this solution as far as my usage of the product is concerned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HCL BigFix has managed to become my primary tool for operations because of the following reasons:
- I am able to identify vulnerabilities quickly and are able to take immediate action
- Since I deal with multiple cloud providers, BigFix comes in very handy for me to manage all of them from one single place
- The Work From Home solution guide came in very handy when it comes to deploying and managing endpoints from different locations
Personally, I am totally impressed by the flexible nature of this service allowing me to customize my infrastructure according to my changing needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things that I feel have the scope for improvement
- The initial learning curve is there as the initial setup is not intuitive as a result, it becomes a bit time consuming
- Coming to the pricing, it could be a bit more on the reasonable side
- I am still waiting to see the cost reduction and hopefully, will start experiencing it down the road Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best parts of BigFix are probably its catalogue and lifetime. A good number of scalable integration procedures contribute to a well-designed whole. Although this tool has great potential, much more development is needed before it can be used in compliance, risk, or security evaluations. You may get an instantaneous snapshot of your surroundings thanks to the real-time nature of the data. The tool is robust and adaptable, allowing us to think outside the box as we seek answers. BigFix has a dedicated user base that works together to find novel approaches to resolving issues as they emerge. A huge advantage is that they are willing to share both their expertise and their code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile device management tools aren't up to par, but the rest of the integration features are great.
It has the potential to help in this area by allowing for end-to-end connectivity, and I also note that the price for the corporate version is quite steep. This product is tough to modify. The price tag is a touch steep. Getting assistance and really putting it into action isn't that hard.
Learning the technology and creating bespoke material takes some time, but using the regular capabilities is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To make things a little more clearer, I'll give some first-hand accounts of my experiences using HCL BigFix. When it comes to the experts:
Most repetitive operations may be automated with the ability to use a variety of platforms, as well as the ability to distribute and deploy software in a timely manner with practically real-time reporting.
BigFix's inventory and lifespan seem to be the most useful features. The general design is solid, with a decent number of integration processes that can be scaled. However, a lot more work has to be done before this tool can be considered for use in compliance, risk, or security assessments. On-time payment of wages.
Lots of options for diversifying your career or honing your current set of abilities.
Learning is a breeze: a massive collection of software Simpleness of implementation Ease of use across a wide range of operating systems: AIX, LINUX, and Windows
These are a few suggestions that you could get from reading this review. A wide range of operating systems may be used with this software. There are a lot of options and adjustments to patch managements. Improvements have been made in both security enforcement and administration. Reporting in great detail. It lowers the time, effort, and inaccuracy of manual inventory and analysis. Our inventory may be managed in a variety of ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
things workers must deal with: as well as this Is an authentic evaluation of BigFix's employees, certain items are missing:
inability to set up and patch non-windows operating systems due to a lack of support (ubuntu, SuSe Linux, oracle, etc)
Patching and distributing software might cause management issues. Despite the fact that everything is running on time, we have received no response from the Bigix centre. A steep incline. This is not a solution that can be implemented at any moment; it requires a lot of time and effort to master.
After a lengthy wait, the BigFix management console finally appears....
HCL's complicated console training is difficult to secure.
Big Fix's lack of support for industry standards like CIS hardening annoys us.
we'd want BigFix to do something about these issues as soon as possible. I hope the HCL Team considers further features and upgrades, such as Secured Remote Access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Big Fix allows to you to import tons of information, especially form servers. If your environment has hundreds of servers, then this product is for you. It's perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Big Fix is not that great with simple workstations. It is very convoluted and it requires multiple late nights just trying to set it up just right for your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about using this software is that it enables you and helps you with bulk management at a particular time which saves a lot of your important time. With the help of HCL Bigfix, you can manage multiple system numbers simultaneously. It is easily work on the software like Windows, Mac etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there should have been a similar software for mobile system managemnt which should protect and secure the mobile operation system by some unwanted activities. New users face some difficulty setting up the software and while identifying which option to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
