In my experience with Haystack, working with the customer success teams and everyone i've met in the business has been very helpful and friendly. They take time to understand what your company is needing from the platform and listen to your feedback to help shape the product.
From a Recruitment perspective, we have hired some strong Techies and had a number of good interviews from the platform.

Being a smaller company/growing product, it doesn't have all the functionality you desire from day one. But they do listen to feedback from all clients and are continously developing the product to add new capabilities, which will really help the overall recruitment experience.
