The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for everyone to navigate, while also offering a wide range of customization options that allow us to tailor it perfectly to our organization's needs. Whether it's personalizing layouts or managing content as an admin, Haystack makes the experience seamless and efficient. It has allowed us to streamline the communication process between departments and employees. We have had a wonderful experience with Haystack's customer service team. One thing that would be super helpful would be the ability to download posts as PDFs. We distribute our newsletter to current employees as a post on Haystack, we also send the same newsletter to our retirees and board members. But I have to manually copy and paste everything into a document that I can send out to people who are not Haystack users for security reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really love how all of our company resources are in one spot. Anytime we need to access information we can check one central hub and it makes everything so easy. I really like that it's user friendly as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have any complaints at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Haystack is easy to deploy, and super simple to use. My team loves it and uses it daily to communicate and celbrate different things hapening in and around our workplace. Their customer support and onboarding team was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It requires a contract, which for some could be a deal breaker... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about using Haystack for our company Intranet is that it's user-friendly, and it looks modern. While we use it for our Intranet, we also use it for other engagement areas such as our ERGs collaborating and posting events, or one of our teams even uses it for posting their weekly and monthly newsletter to their team. The reporting features of Haystack are hard to work with, and we have a lot of limitations when it comes to reporting. We are also somewhat limited when it comes to the look and feel of the page, but it is still user-friendy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haystack has helped our non-profit advance from an older resource site to a much more easily navigated site to locate key resources from across multiple locations and teams. The use of the program to send weekly internal newsletters has also supported clearer communication and easier reference to past newsletters. We've been able to pull in documents from multiple sources. It is easy to navigate and an everyday tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With any transition, Haystack requires some time to become familiar with it and determine the optimal ways to use. Also, getting all teams transitioned over continues to take time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it's a platform that everyone has access to, where they can find events, news, documents, org charts, create their own links, find contact info, etc. There are so many uses that it covers and the possibilities are seemingly endless. I also love how mobile-friendly it is. It's quick and easy to navigate, especially with the search feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't come across any reason to dislike Haystack so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that all my pertient apps are easily accesible. Instead of having to use my favorites tab, I can click on Haystack and find everything I need. I use Haystack everyday! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found a downside. I wish other companies would use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that Haystack has more or less everything I need for work information and communication in one place. It has a good graphic layout and things make sense where they are located. Since changing from a previous software that had a lot more issues, Haystack is a big improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I've found that is lacking in Haystack is the search function. Many times, I put in a search term and feel like the results that come up are not really what I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how user friendly it is to use AND create. There are different options to make the page visually appealing, user-friendly, and for people to immediately access the information they're looking for. One of my favorite things is the opportunity to embed PDFs and videos, and/or link them to download. I like having the option, but frequently find embedding or doing both is best for user experience. I also love the carousel option for featured posts, and that all settings for posting and who sees it is right there at the final stage of posting, not in some back page of settings outside of posting. The only thing I can think of is if it didn't require a keyword to be submitted on posts/articles in order for that post/article to pull up under a search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
