**What do you like best about Harvard ManageMentor (HMM)?**

I love the accessibility of the content and the flow that allows individuals to move through at their own pace. There is also accountability within the platform from the admin reporting side, and the learner assessment and on-the-job plans learners can create. The resources provided to support facilitated discussions (Cafes) are excellent starting points to help engage in conversation around the content.

**What do you dislike about Harvard ManageMentor (HMM)?**

Not specific to the HMM content but more with integrating with other platforms to have completions flow through has been a slight challenge. It works most of the time, but we've had a few barriers.

**Recommendations to others considering Harvard ManageMentor (HMM):**

Identify a plan for implementation and getting people excited about the content before rolling out the resource to the organization. It can also be great to identify opportunities to build in facilitated discussions around the content to increase accountability.

**What problems is Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are providing access to content and resources for development on demand. The content is high quality and can keep an individual engaged with the varied formats -- videos, reading, responding, etc.
