It could be easier to edit / add to onboarding documents. A lot still seeems to be hard coded.

Harri has been a revolutionary tool for our business. It has allowed the business to quickly and easily recruit and onboard strong, relevant applicants allowing us to stay ahead of our competitors in a vastly difficult market to recruit for. Scheduling are easily created with the use of sales forecasts, as well as Timesheets being accurately recorded with the use of facial recogntion. What I love most about Harri is that it knows it is not perfect and they are constantly looking at ways of improving its service as well as using suggestions from us as its cutomers to improve. The technical support can be troublesome sometimes as it seems to take a number of emails to get to the solution which this time can be better spent on other tasks. However I must say that our customer success manager, Nina Levy has been a tremendous support when we seem to be getting nowhere with the technical support team.
