**What do you like best about Harri?**

It's easy to use, I like the swimlanes, so you're able to manage candidates efficiently. You're able to message candidates directly in Harri, so all comms are in the same place - leave notes/tags against candidates profiles and know if they've enquired before. In regards to onboarding, it's compliant with right to work in the uk regulations, so its easy for RTW checks. It's also straight forward when sending documents and it's relatively easy creating new documents that you need

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Unable to message a candidate from the talent pool, you have to find their official application to then be able to communicate with them

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency - it's super clear and easy to manage, to ensure all candidates have had an action

It's ease of use in the hiring process; communicating on behalf of you to candidates and by doing so, reducing the amount of no-shows for interviews. Hiring managers are freed up to work on the floor

The amount of time spent in building the platform is considerable. However, this is offset considerably when in use as all templates and configurations are set

Harri system can do nearly everything from start to finish in an employee's journey,   and anything it can't do the company reviews regularly and makes changes.  It's evolved into a must-have system.

If I had to find an issue and it would be small, next of kin details more visible to managers instantly to emergencies

Switching to Harri from our previously used ATS has been really rewarding. The website and the app are both extremely easy to navigate and are pretty straight forward.

would be good to have more data and analytics features.

the swim leans are easy to navagate and keep track of people as oyu can add extra lanes as needed. the quick response from support

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

the acess levels makes it sem like i ahve to jump thriugh hoops to set up things such as onboarding files.
finding applicants int he search bar, sometimes i can't find people
the fact that the first letter of the sentance does not auto capitalise
that you can't filter messages in the chat function and and all the chats piles ontop of eachother and get lost.

Simple & easy to use system. Very little training required for new managers to understand and use.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

It could be easier to edit / add to onboarding documents. A lot still seeems to be hard coded. 
For example we wanted to add one question about referrals to our new starter form and were told it just isn't possible.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High volumes of candidate admin - it deals with this very well.

It's far off but we are interested in this developing as a potential 'all in one' platform for the whole employee lifecycle

Harri is easy to use, easy to teach others to use.  the support system is great, you get answers back to your queries really quickly.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Sometimes when you change for example user rights.  I have done the exact same thing as before but it just doesnt work.  It can be frsutrating, however like I said before the support you receive from harri is great.

Harri is now marking each applicant which is massively benefitting us.  So putting all the more experienced candidates at the top of the line.  It is fantastic.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

Harri has been a revolutionary tool for our business. It has allowed the business to quickly and easily recruit and onboard strong, relevant applicants allowing us to stay ahead of our competitors in a vastly difficult market to recruit for. Scheduling are easily created with the use of sales forecasts, as well as Timesheets being accurately recorded with the use of facial recogntion. What I love most about Harri is that it knows it is not perfect and they are constantly looking at ways of improving its service as well as using suggestions from us as its cutomers to improve.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

The technical support can be troublesome sometimes as it seems to take a number of emails to get to the solution which this time can be better spent on other tasks. However I must say that our customer success manager, Nina Levy has been a tremendous support when we seem to be getting nowhere with the technical support team.

I love how everything is presented.  It's easy to know where you're going when you are about to click on a link.  You are able to search through both expired job requisites as well as active requisites.

I can't find anything to complain about.

Just having a pool of candidates to choose from that is easy to use.

The way it keeps both the recruitment & onboarding processes clear and organised.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

I struggle with the reporting side and "back of house" side. I.E. uploading templates etc kand be longwinded and I often struggle retrieving stats.

It iliminates the need for physical paperwork and reduces the risk of processes not being followed i.e. obtaining RTW documentation

My questions and quieries are aways dealt with quickly and I am kept updated.

I don't see any downsides with using Harri. The platform is easy to use and the regular updates make it even easier.

As a new HR Assistant, I have experience using Harri on the admin side at a new job. I found Harri a super easy to function as it's user-friendly and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

I haven't found many issues so far; maybe that occasionally, when we have new applicants apply for a job role, the applications go into the phone screen column instead of the new applicant's section, therefore making the task more time-consuming.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only issue I seem to be having with Harri is trying to solve why the new applicants are going into the phone screen column instead of the new applicants; we have spoken to our Account Manager at Harri, and he is working on the issue.

The ease of managing labor laws digitally then having to fill out paper work

My one issue was resolved so non at the moment.

We had an issue where when we get capture consent for labor laws if their was two consent required, this would delete the first consent. This has recently been resolved.

Fairly simple to navigate and get a quick snapshot of roles and statuses. quick responses from support team when needed.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Would be good to have a bit more from the ATS, such as the ability to filter candidates by specific requirements (eg education, years of experience, location) and the ability to sort candidates in swimlanes (eg old to new, A-Z).

good and quick support when needed. good training materials for managers and admin accounts. Their Christmas party opened to clients was a fantastic idea to meet and link with the team at Harri.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

The Harri system has really helped drive positive change in both our recruitment and onboarding processes.
A more streamlined process has helped free up admin time in posting job adverts, liasing with candidates, generating offers and contracts and running the right to work process.
The candidate experience has also been enhanced, allowing us to engage with candidates much easier, as well as everything being contained in one place with digital forms.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Progress in developing the system can sometimes be a bit slow. Ideas that have been put forward, and corroborated by other users months/years ago still havent been actioned or addressed.
The system does work well, and some development is progressive, but perhaps listening a bit more to users and addressing some of these niggles, would really enhance the user experience

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have manages to save so many business hours in streamlining the recruitment and onboarding processes. Everything is now in one area, and so much can be done with the click of a button that previously used to be a laborious manual process dominated by emails and paper based forms.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

The dashboard is great and very easy to use. I can also always get hold of someone for support if needed.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

It can become a bit overwhelming with the amount of applicants so a better filtering system might be good, but difficult to implement.

Having applicants at fingertips and having reminders on the process of recruiting.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

I love the end to end usablity of recruitment and onboarding through to payroll. It keeps everything in one place, helps with complaince and has the useability of many social media platforms

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Payroll is still a little but clunky but it getting better month on month. And they are improving the core hr platform so the reporting is more accurate. 
It would be improved with better automated synchronisation.

It looks after most or our HR needs.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

Harri's is intuitive and very user-friendly. 

- The ability to customize job descriptions/media/offer letters etc., helped us to keep HR files always up-to-date and accelerated our hiring timeline.
- Support Team's responses are most of the time prompt and detailed.
- As a user who values data-driven decisions, I am confident in saying that Harri's reports are very efficient; through them, we can pivot strategies or make informed decisions instantly.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

There have been instances of technical glitches that temporarily disrupted our workflow. Although the support team promptly addressed these, they did create moments of frustration during critical hiring periods.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency in Hiring: The platform streamlines job posting, candidate matching, and communication, resulting in faster and more efficient hiring cycles. This time-saving benefit is crucial as we must fill positions quickly to maintain smooth operations.
Data-Driven Decision Making: This data-driven approach helped us refine our strategies, optimize job postings and improve our recruitment efforts.

the ease of use for both candidate and user combined with its database of candidates that use Harri as there go to job platform

The customer service only being via email can be frustrating.

Harri has now created our onboarding to be completely digital saving us a lot of time and manual work. 
Harri is allowing our venues to take ownership of the recruitment process and streamline it for them.

I feel like the people side could be elevated and utalised lot more. 
It would be great if we could create surveys through the system inc exit interview. 
Certain updates just simply take a very long time.

We had issues in the past with missing employee paperwork but since we use  Harri everything goes smootly and we managed to obtain what's necessary. 

Also its great that we can see all applicants in one platform.

Integrated recruitment, onboarding and payroll system meaning it is an efficient and user-friendly system, creating a seamless journey from application to employee.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

The inability to create permission structures with management for holiday approvals and holidays booked, not linking to Outlook calendars, makes it a lengthy process.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless candidate journey, meaning we can respond to every applicant.
Teething issues crop up however, we have a monthly meeting with our account manager, and the issues are often resolved by the next meeting.

Harri has some incredible features through recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and people management. It's a pretty easy system to use and great for the team too.

It can be a bit clunky as it has different systems that have been paid together, but that is improving. The customisation  of elements throughout the system could be improved

Amazing systems for employment HR document management and really straight forward scheduling with good reporting that benefits the financial managementt for the business

that all the documents can be sent through same platform, starting from recruitment and onboarding to the contract of employement and any additonal HR docs/forms.

I had issues previosuly with docuemnt management however this has now been sorted by Dennise Jacob so i do not have any concerns with using Harri.

It makes onboarding easier and quicker.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

Harri makes it simple to post jobs, review applicants, schedule interviews, and move to the final process in hiring. The best part for me is how each step in the process is organized. It's very concise and everything is right where it makes sense to be.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

The least helpful thing about Harri is that if I have multiple jobs posted, and one expires but the other doesn't, it's not very intuitive to switch back and forth between them. I still find myself working the applicants from one job for a few days after the posting has expired, so it was a little challenging before I got the muscle memory saved in my brain about where the jobs go after expiring.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harri is solving the issue of finding applicants. It takes my job post and automatically posts it on all the major sites, and when someone applies on Indeed or Monster or wherever they applied, it comes right to Harri and presents it all in one easy package. It saves me time when managing my applicants, and for me time is extremely crucial. It frees up a significant portion that I used to spend on figuring out applicants and calling them back and scheduling interviews, so I can spend more time on other important tasks in my store.

I think the way ours is set up means we can't update all templates in one go - it takes us a long time to do it manually. I wish we could add our own branding to our templates.

So user friendly, we rely on our managers to do of their own recruitment so the platform keeps us complaint and provides a standardised efficient approach to our recruitment.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Very little, if I ever have feedback it gets acted on quickly. I have used other platforms and find Harri's functionality is better. I would like the platform to send reference requests but this is being worked on. Our success manager is great and the support team are great too.

Standardised process. Speed to advertise. Compliant employment process. Gives managers confidence in what they are doing and has streamlined our process massively

it is easy to schedule shifts for staff members and approving timesheets and punch cards is simple and quick.

sometimes when viewing the schedule by person some of my staff are missing off of the list, and i also am sometimes disappointed with the time it takes to load certain aspects like adding a shift etc.

it helps solve the issue of not being able to see who is working and when.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

Harri is simple to use and intuitive. It can be easy to get lost in the system at first but always simple to find your way out. The way things are structured and designed is clear and easy to use. Harri is an attractive platform which makes using it a pleasure.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

One downside is that several click-throughs are required to post an advert. Not a big negative but functionality to perhaps auto-post an advert would be helpful.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The introduction of Harri IQ is exciting. The ability to see at a glance where workforce savings could be made will be extremely beneficial to our business and save the operations department countless hours of sifting through data to improve efficiencies.
