We have used HAProxy Enterprise Edition for the past 2 years. Over this time it has provided reliable load balancing and has run in the background without the need for intervention. The upgrade procedures have yet to give us any headache. The ACL system is robust for complex routing and Fusion Control Plane makes managing multiple clusters convenient.
