What do you like best about HappyFox Chat?

I love how easy it is to see our customers information and have access to the information that we need. I really like how quick and easy it is to used canned responses. The program is user friendly and easy to understand. The layout is really great, it is nice to be able to upload my own canned responses as well as use the shared ones. What do you like best about HappyFox Chat?

Easily access chats, I am able to create canned responses, I am able to use the mobile app. I am able to customize the chat some what to my own liking. I have only been using this for 3 month and I look forward to continue working with happy fox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
