What do you like best about HappyFox Assist AI?

I was a user to HappyFox, it's good suite for Customer Service industry, AI based chatbots are norm nowadays and HappyFox has robust system to deploy bots with ease. 1. It's AI-powered, hence most of the things are easy to go.

2. It has a very good integration with slack and MS Teams.

3. HappyFox Assist AI is quite capable of handling redundant situations by its own, using the internal knowledge base set.

1. Pricing, it should be a bit lower.

2. Querry connection with the knowledge base should be optimized, as for some scenarios the total turnaround comes as non-acceptance by the user.
