Very easy to set up and create advanced functionalities like conditional logic, captchas, signatures, coupons, payment integration with Paypal or Stripe, and many other integrations with email marketing software or automation services such as Zapier or Integrately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The licensing system is a bit awkward, very difficult to keep track of activations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only used the product briefly and soon found a better (and cheaper) solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used HappyForms only briefly and then found a better solution. I had paid for a year but didn't use it. When my account auto-renewed I somehow missed it. I then asked for a refund for the unused account and HappyForms parroted policy to me and kept my money. Boo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use the HappyForms plugin for the contact forms in our WordPress websites. HappyForms allows us to customize the appearance of the contact form so that it blends in with the rest of the site - we can easily do this by checking the "Use theme styles" box under the "Style" tab instead of adding or modifying CSS code. This functionality has saved us hours of development time and sets HappyForms apart from alternative form plugins we have tried in the past. If desired, one can add custom CSS to modify the form's appearance further.
HappyForms makes it a breeze to create a new form - clicking through the tabs (Build, Setup, Email, Messages, Style) follow a logical process. All changes made are immediately visible on the right-hand side of the monitor ( "real-time live preview").
To block spam messages, we use reCAPTCHA v3 by Google. Setting up HappyFroms to work with reCAPTCHA v3 is simple: you merely have to paste the relevant keys to the "Site key" and "Secret key" fields on the "Integrations" screen and check the "Use reCAPTCHA" box under the Setup tab.
We also like the Import and Export function of HappyForms - it allows us to quickly and easily reproduce forms on new sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HappyForms has met all our requirements for a contact form - we have experienced no problems whatsoever in over a year of use.
The current pricing offers compelling value, in our opinion. However, besides the annual subscription plans currently being offered, it would be nice to see longer-term subscription plans with discounted pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
