Happy5 is a good tool for monitor and review the performance of the organisation.We are monitoring the organisation growth Based on performance for all four quarters in a financial year.It includes goal setting,self assessment,1-0-1 discussion with managers, continuous feedback and review and ratings.It is open conversation forum. What do you dislike about Happy5?

Data security and integrity must be verified for industrial regulations.Any time all the files to be easily accessible and the review mechanism to be implemented for peer,vendor, external agencies,etc., Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Happy5 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every year we are setting our goals in this forum.We have provide the self assessment after completing the year and the management reviews our performance and provides the feedback.Based on performance management provides the rating as EE (Exceeds expectations),ME(Meets expectations),MCE(Meets core expectations),DME(Doesn't meets expectations) after the 1-0-1 discussion with managers.Based on this we can get clear picture about our performance.We are receiving continuous feedback to improve the performance.
