What do you like best about Happy Property?

With the Happy Inspector app, you're able to create new inspections and customize current templates. Making it easier to for a quick customization for any property or land. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Happy Property?

If you do not create a new inspection or customize a current template, the standard inspection templates are overboard. I highly recommend creating and customizing your own to not waste time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Happy Property:

If you're already a user of Buildium, turn on the Happy Inspection function. This makes life easier as a property manager to keep all your inspections on the property level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Happy Property solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the current property management software we are using, Happy Inspector is able to connect to it seamlessly. This makes for quick inspection shares to our owners so they can quickly see the condition of their unit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Suddenly, move-in is easy"

What do you like best about Happy Property?

Before happyco's HAPPY INSPECTOR, we had a paper sheet that we would take into rental apartments for move in/move out inspections. The first issue was the concrete layout of our paper sheet. As nice as it was to have a physical page on which to make notes, we never found that the categories fit each property. Also, there was no photographic evidence unless we decided to take photos. NOW, we just take our phones into the property, snap pics, and edit the layout and rooms to match each property. Making notes is easy, and the documentation aspect has helped our business immensely. What do you dislike about Happy Property?

I would like to be able to duplicate inspections, then edit whichever one I'd like to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Happy Property?

The layout of the inspections are clear and simple. You are allowed a certain amount of picture through rooms, and they give you a place for taking pictures of the walls, ceiling, floor, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Happy Property?

The app is rather finicky. Also, when taking the picture you have to make sure that the flash is on, otherwise the pics don't turn out very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
