**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Ease of use, quick time to value, friendly team, ever advancing product.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

We haven't yet achieved 100% adoption of the platform, but it's something we're working towards together with our account manager.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communications being lost in slack, amount of time spent searching for materials, having a single source of truth! It's out 'go to' place before people ask questions to other team members, the intergraion with google drive really cuts down search time and allows us to display the documents in the platform without having to leave. The data analytics allow us to check on employee engagement and see who has seen what / is everyone adequately informed.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

The interface for Happeo is crisp and intuitive to use. For our company, there is a banner with dropdown menus that keeps everything organized and easy to find. It's a great way to stay up-to-date on all the newest happenings at your organization.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Since we've begun using Happeo I haven't had a single issue finding anything on the platform!

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company utilizes Happeo as a central resource for keeping updated on what's going on within our company. We get emails with bulletins to do this as well, but it's nice to have a website where this is all published and archived for later use. It's also an excellent source for our company policies and benefits and provides some resources if you need help with something, such as IT problems.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Google integration is convenient, especially the search functionality. Also, the considerably simple way of creating a well-designed website with minimal involvement from the design team.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

It'll take you a minute to learn your way around creating pages and channels. A piece of advice that we didn't get, but in retrospect, it would have been helpful - get the design templates done first and then have the team members create their pages. We ended up re-doing many pages because of this.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Happeo is our solution to providing easy and convenient access to company-wide and function-specific information. Having the search function that looks through both your google drive and happeo pages is wonderful.

Happeo really connects our employees who live across the country. It makes it possible to communicate things so that they are easy to comment on. Our communication in the organization has accelerated and diversified with Happeo.

Most of our employees only use the Happeo mobile app. This is still being developed and is not at the level we would like it to be.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Happeo is still building, which is great - new features are tried, feedback is sought, iterations are made - but it's also got a solid core which enables us to share information and, importantly, share thoughts on it. When everything was email before, we never saw the conversation.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

The mobile app lags behind the desktop experience, but it is actively improving. When they address the quirks and challenges here, Happeo will be able to realise it's potential.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our workforce is spread across the country, often working in clients where access to outside systems is not possible. Happeo puts our business in their pocket and connects staff who were once, physically and philosophically, very disconnected.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

The best thing about Happeo is that you can communicate and collaborate through the platform with ease. I like that i can push out a message to the company, and they can react to that post/message. The search function is also super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

The organizational chart is not built the best for some businesses. The social media aspect is also only limited to Twitter which most of our users don't have. The app also looks a whole lot different to the website which some would deem as lousy marketing.

**Recommendations to others considering Happeo:**

I wouldn't look anywhere else for this type of service. Their product, along with their customer service, is unrivaled.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product has massively helped glue our team together through Covid and enabled us to bring that sense of connectedness and community to our users. Happeo really helped our teams get back into the swing of things when sharing and communicating with one another. The Drive integration was hugely successful.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Happeo is a glorious place to collect, store, and share information across the business. It is easy to create user-friendly, content-driven, and well-organised stores of information that before would have drowned in Shared Drives or Slack.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Happeo is still a tad limited in how you can lay out pages, what you can integrate with, and what you can embed on pages. It's such a great place to share information, and although it's possible to embed code they'd do well to integrate more systems and allow for seamless embedding of reports, data, and information.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's difficult to keep everyone aligned, engaged, and informed as a company grows -- you can't just shout across the office anymore. Happeo has helped us create an office away from the office — a place to store everything people may need, share news, and celebrate wins together. It would be a great win at any time, but over the last two years it's been a big help in navigating a move to distributed working.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Since I was in charge of building our companies site and training my teammates on how to add content, it was great that we could easily use widgets to add all kinds of content with different formats. Even my coworkers, who are older and not tech-savvy, found it easy to build pages and add content.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

We have been using the system for six months now, and I can't find anything to complain about just yet, and it's great that happeo keeps adding new features. It would be grat if they had recorded video how to training available. All of their training material are in writing or you need to schedule time with an assigned trainer, how-to videos would be great.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Happeo is helping our team stay more connected since we have all been working remotely, giving us a place to stay connected no matter where we are working from.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

How easy it is to add information into Happeo and allow people to read and respond. 
The administrative build is simple to learn. 
The favorites to pages and channels help organize company information to revisit and share.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Without internal controls, information could get out of hand and requires a structure upfront before implementation.
I would like to have more widgets when building pages.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Happeo has been a great tool for communicating and sharing policies and files. It's integrations with Google make it really easy to post an announcement that will be seen by the entire organisation. The search function is also great and enables us to easily find what we're searching for.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

There's been no major downsides that we've encountered as yet! We use Happeo as an internal microsite to store training materials, policies and updates and it's been really useful.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our internal communication has improved through Happeo. Announcements are made through here and will then be sent through to Google chat/email. It's great for the teams to then be able to revisit announcements and documents when they need to. We also have pages per department which store training materials, so this has helped the team to be more proactive and find resources by themselves.

I get information based on my role, location, and interests, and I don't have to check multiple sources. It's all connected!

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

There is not much to dislike to be fair. Our internal comms teams know exactly what is trending and re-share information based on analytics so I don't have to bother and ask my teammates.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the multiple sources of info, looking for it, and by personalizing it to me, it helps me stay productive and saves me valuable time.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

My team was asked several times a week for the same information, so we decided to create a page on Happeo to explain what we do, our processes and to share all material we get asked the most. Since then we receive a lot fewer requests and even when we do we share the link to the page for people to reference.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

I use Happeo mostly to share, so I'm not really a power user when it comes to finding information. When I do I struggle a little in finding what I'm looking for, but it might partially be the fault of how we organize knowledge.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to cut the time spent in sharing information as it is streamlined in the system. I also now have a central source of truth for everything that concerns my team.

Thanks to Happeo we have been able to explain who we are and where are we going to the whole company. We are now focused and know where to go, together as a team

It took us a while to understand how everything worked but I believe this is because of how complicated our company is. Still, I´m more than satisfied with it. So thank you once again

Before Happeo we didn´t had any communication culture and it is normal that nobody really truly understands how important communication is. Now , they not only understand, they also use it!

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Happeo was life-changing for our company, as head of the MarCom team, I was looking for a platform that will let us have everything in one place, but also being sort of a social media. The fact that you can use GSuite to log in and import documents from your Drive is the best thing for us, but also that we are able to build what we need from scratch and not build what the platform wants us to.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

I don't find downsides per se, but we still notice there are a few things missing that nowadays, with the importance of social media and organization, are essential. We are not very happy with how the organizational chart is built and the only social media you can add is Twitter (if you don't want to create it yourself).

**Recommendations to others considering Happeo:**

Check all the features beforehand! We love Happeo but there a few things we were missing that we didn't realize until we started creating our page.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal communication is key to us. Our communication effectiveness has decreased significantly since the pandemic started, but we also had a lot of growth to do even before that. We needed a place where we could find every document, benefit, without having to wait for a response from anyone or searching all across our Drive. We wanted our employees to access the information whenever and wherever you want. And that’s why we implemented Happeo.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

The usability and readiness of the solution. It does feel like something that a non-IT professional like me can use with no issue whatsoever. It's an efficient and reliable intranet solution with a wide range of customization

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Not much, but I'd like some more WYSWYG editor option for texts, and a more complete repository for use cases to take inspiration from.

I would definitely recommend Happeo to those searching for a reliable and straightforward solution for an employee intranet linked with Google Workspace. It is immediate to use, easy to set up, and efficient without being a burden for admins.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Happeo has become a solid entry point for information to be spread throughout the company, whether it be Announcements, certifications, bare notifications, or something to celebrate. 
It also has become a simple tool to create a shared repository of content for the various functions in the company. Both Sales&Marketing and HR have profited from its use to redirect colleagues and new hires towards a unique point of storage for information and materials

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

I love how intuitive the software is making it easy to build a Happeo to fit your teams needs. I love that you can have static pages of information and more interactive elements and it's easy to guide users around Happeo with these restrictions. At every stage there are a team from Happeo supporting you through the process. When you first join you're given a project manager to answer all questions and build a timeliness and after the launch you have a customer excellence team to guide you in delivering a happeo that continues to meet the needs of the team.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Happeo utilises your G-Suite to be accessed by employees and share files. It would be great to see a feature that allows flexibility between G-Suite info and info added by admins. For example, phone number job title and department displayed on a user profile is information taken from Google accounts that a superadmin needs to input. If your organisation already utilises these features it is great, if not its time consuming to rectify.

**Recommendations to others considering Happeo:**

Make sure you keep in contact with the excellent people at Happeo supporting you through the process! They know the software inside out and are there to ensure a successful launch.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication, Cohesion, Community. This was what we wanted to promote through Happeo. As a large organisation with employees across various countries we wanted a place to streamline information  sharing, ensuring everyone received updates at the same time. By having static pages for each team it was easy to present who was working on what projects and who was in what team and the interactive channel features give the opportunity to have fun features such as a place to share cute pictures of our pets!

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Happeo links tightly to G Suite data, so you don't have to upload information to different repositories; it just works with what you have already. I particularly like the way it solves the content problem; when you deploy a new platform, there is no content to drive interest, and with no interest, there is no new content to attract users. Happeo solves that problem with Pages, which are analogous to Google Sites (but have many more features). So people can search for and go to a Happeo page for static information, like HR forms, and right next to the files is the HR news channel with dynamic content. Also, the analytics are very good, especially the search engine analytics.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Not much, really. There are some features I would like to have added (like being able to configure a channel to allow downvoting/dislike) but as a whole, I quite like the platform.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Happeo, as currently deployed, is the main information hub for one of our business units. Announcements and conversations all reside in Happeo and can be/are linked to Google Chat rooms. HR forms and other information is kept on Happeo pages for easy searching and access. The biggest difference-maker at this point, I think, is the new search analytics, so we know what people are searching for and seeing if there are problems finding data. Also, with the retirement of Classic Sites, we are finding that migrating that content to Happeo Pages may be a better option than to New Sites because Pages is more feature-rich.

-Easy to customize in terms of functionality and aesthetics
-User friendly on both admin and employee sides
-Seamless integration with G Suite

-I desperately want an integration with Asana (the task management software)
-I don't understand how to set up business chat messaging

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Happeo is extremely easy to use. I came onto the team when Happeo was already implemented, and I was able to pick up the skills to post and create/share content within days. Every time I've had to teach a new employee, it has been easy, and they've been able to pick it up quickly as well.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

The only thing I can think of that isn't great about Happeo is that I wish they could create post templates. We run posts on a cadence weekly, and it would be great not to have to build them from scratch each time.

It has saved us hours of time when onboarding new employees and also communicating with the team.  The best feature, however, is how we can cultivate our own company and team feed to let employees get involved and renew our sense of community.

Happeo is very intuitive. If you're used to Google tools and social media, it will look very familiar and user friendly. 
I like the idea of having static content (pages) that can easily be updated, and interactive content (channels) to encourage interaction between employees. Especially when everyone is working at different locations.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Having to have a gmail address to be able to use Happeo. 
The invite email is currently set by default in English. It would be very useful to be able to change the language settings.

Happeo enables us to have a centralised tool with information and up to date processes. Before all the info was difficult to find for employees, who often had to ask different people and sources before being able to find an answer.

We're a month into our implementation. Integration with Google is slick, and helpful in managing IT tasks. Documentation as part of the onboarding is very helpful and well though t out. It has also encouraged better practices in our Workspace.

When we introduced Happeo information became immediately  available. It's like every member of our staff is now connected in a way we've never been  before.

Happeo team provided from the very beginning great support, and they also have partners to guide in the onboarding process for the setup of the whole Intranet.
We are just starting the actual implementation so it is too early to give a final feedback, but what we have seen and tested so far is a seamless and easy integration with Google Suite, which will consistently speed up our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

As of today I haven't found things I disliked. Again, it is too early to give a complete feedback, we have just completed software selection and started implementing the Intranet, and so far the support and impression has been very good.
We have found some minor bugs during the test, but they have been quickly fixed by the team which proved very responsive.

**Recommendations to others considering Happeo:**

If you need an Intranet which looks fresh, young, modern and scalable, that's a tool to consider.
Also, the reliability and availability of the team is one of their major strengths, which is greatly appreciated and brings a lot of value!

We will first of all start to use it as a repository for most important document (HR, IT, Company policies, etc.).

The page editor is a little limited compared to tools such as the Google Site page editor. It would be nice to duplicate sections on a page, and have the ability to insert buttons with text and icons. The page list is limited as you also have to move each sub-page before moving a master page.

Happeo offers all functionalities needed for an internal comms platform: pages for static content, channels for news updates and collaboration and the people directory for connecting with co-workers. It's also neatly integrated with GSuite.

We have found that setting up all of these elements is easy and intuitive, content creators quickly become experts at it. It also allowed us to reflect our corporate design very well with only a few clicks.

We are still in the pre go-live phase so we'll see how features such as the channels, which are new to us, will be adapted by our colleagues but our early adopter feedback was overwhemingly positive.

Also, the Happeo support team are always friendly, helpful and quick to respond, a definitive plus!

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Migrating content from other platforms (we used Confluence before) can be time consuming, mainly because of formatting issues. However, it's well worth spending the time to adapt content and to adapt it to Happeo.

We had an outdated internal comms platform which did not make it appealing to create and maintain content. We were also communicating mainly by emails, which made finding information again difficult. Additionally, we wanted to create a virtual home for our company and all information and updates around it. Happeo is a very intuitive platform, which users don't ever have a problem accessing or posting on. Our senior team has taken very well to the platform, and this has improved our internal comms significantly over the last 18 months. The platform integrates nicely with all our other channels and systems, and the transition is seamless. It's also saved us a lot of time in the comms team, as previously we were spending a lot of time producing internal newsletters which barely anyone read. Now, people can see reactions, comments and engagements - a really nice touch.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

We had a technical issue which took longer than expected to solve - but on the whole, the team were helpful and polite and it did get sorted. So this has not detracted from my overall opinion of the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Happeo:**

Get your senior team on board quickly, and also ensure that you have posting permissions for them before you set them up - this will speed up time! 
The team are great - any worries just drop them a line and they'll solve your problem.

Internal comms has improved significantly - and it's also assessable to all. Previously, teams worked in silos and didn't feel like they could send all staff emails, etc. But now everyone can post merrily on the platform, which has improved comms between teams. I believe that the mix of functionality offered from the Channels and Pages provide organisations with multiple potential benefits. Channels in particular are excellent for increasing company wide communication. I have introduced channels for departments, projects and company news, which have improved overall organisation communication significantly. It is the ease with which you can contact team mates, share an update, or discuss various project elements that makes Channels a benefit to our company. 

Pages have also seen an increase in usage for us since implementation of Happeo, particularly amongst technical teams and sales teams. We have created Technical Wiki and Business Wiki page groups, which company members can access to identify partner use cases, ideal prospects for products, as well as reading up on content created by our technical consultants. This is especially useful for new starters. One of the best elements of Happeo is the capacity to include resources of varying formats on one page, which anyone can access in one place. 

Furthermore, the detail with which users can add to their profiles is great for new starters and regular users alike, providing a base to identify who is contributing to which projects, and who is best placed to answer any queries on certain topics. This is aligned also with the Organisation Chart, which does a similar job very well.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

We have encountered a few issues in our deployment of Happeo, mainly routed in the transition of staff to Happeo, as they were used to using other platforms to communicate, like Google Chat and Gmail. 

The 'pick-up' for staff members using Channels to communicate was a slow one in some cases, and whilst many have now transitioned, some still do not use the platform.

Our remaining issues are found in page creation. Although myself, and a few others, are great at building pages and can do so fairly quickly, some others find page creation to be too time sensitive or complex to bother, though I do not see this as an issue myself. I understand however, that some documentation exists out there to support, and I have no doubts that Happeo themselves are consistently working on ways to improve the User Experience in this area.

Problems we are solving:
- Accessibility of Resources in one place from Drive / Web.
- Improved likelihood of Communication / has given our virtual workplace a more communal feel.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Simple format you are used to, intuitive for most. Easy collaboration with both internals and externals. File sharing / ownership is very simple.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Sometimes a little heavy, but so is the modern web. If not administrated properly, I can see it getting cluttered. Not all features are obvious to all users. Suits best social media users.

**Recommendations to others considering Happeo:**

Obvious contender for Intranet solution provider, especially going G Suite -route.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of communications across departments. Simplified communications with situational stakeholders. Fast delivery of information. File management and workspace control is easy with Happeo.

Automatic data collection and leverage of existing data sources to show connections between staff.  One stop shop to share information with our staff.  Looks professional and organized

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Some automated processes do not take into account subtle differences from how internal processes actually work.

**Recommendations to others considering Happeo:**

Know what sections you need to create before you start.  Organization is key to creating a successful implementation.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New employee information.  We also use it as a landing page for our users to share information on a daily basis.  Its our local intranet for information and forms.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

This platform is intuitive, easy to use and understand. 
I can communicate with colleagues who are in other areas of the city or country without the need for emails or calls that could take hours. This platform has helped us to see the achievements that the Sales department has created and the great momentum that the brand has had even with the health problem that has happened around the world.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

I still can't understand the difference between Channels and Pages. Some of our colleagues are still not able to get the most out of the platform, they find it a bit difficult to use

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Happeo has allowed me to communicate with other departments of the company and know what each department is doing.

Intuitive user interface, suitable for newbies / novices as well.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

The mobile app would need some more work, search function seems to be severely limited in comparison to the desktop / browser version.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Happeo as the centralized one-way communication method from our IT service desk to all end-users, and the reach is much better than with traditional means (emails with generic topics which would go in 90% of the cases directly into the users' junk folder.)

Some basic features not available - for example no button creation on web pages. Also please update the file picker. It is awful. You cannot select multiple files and it does not remember your last location and there is no 'recent files' selection.

Happeo is our intranet for or establishment over two physical locations.

Happeo is a simple solution to two large internal challenges -- communicating synchronously with an increasingly remote workforce, and storing/archiving organisation knowledge and best practise in an easy to read way.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

As with all new software changes, it's a challenge to have the team fully adopt a software solution.

We're solving the internal comms problem with Happeo as our intranet and group messenger service.
