What do you like best about Handrail?
I liked that Handrail is forward-thinking and emphasizes user research, as I am a UX researcher myself. There is convenient planning of sessions and participants recruitment; recording and transcription tools are great for a successful feedback capturing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Handrail?
Handrail appears to still miss some core aspects such as features for robust data analysis which empower me to get most value from my research. Limitations include analysis functions such as sentiment analysis, heat mapping, or the ability to design new reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
