The AI has it limitations as to be expected. I am asking pretty complex build questions that it has a hard time digesting all at once, so I have found that if I do multiple steps of detailed prompts it works better. I also wish it had the functionality to upload plan image to analyze the details of the plans, however I would expect this functionality it cost much more than the low price point they currect offer. The only thing that I would change about it, is that not every job is going to warrant a nice looking proposal to be sent. Some smaller jobs, just need an itemized estimate sent over. Nothing fancy. But in order to just send the itemized estimate, you have to first download the PDF, and then send it via text, or email. It would be nice if you could send the itemized invoice, and the same way that the proposal is sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automates the whole estimate experience and generates highly detailed line items. I was spending hours hand typing out line items and checking cost, with Handoff it literally takes away all the guess work! I've done the math and the estimates are right on the industry standard. I can confidently say Handoff has saves me hours! I typically am in the feild 10-12 a day and was always dreading the 2-4 hours of work when I got home. I love that estimates are quick and easy. Plus the detail it gives us with each esimate is a major benefit. The fact that I can enter anything from paint a single room to paint mutiple rooms with specifics in each room. Helps me build any estimate I would like. It's a lot like using chat GPT where you just tell it what you want and what you want to do and it performs. It is extremely close 99% of the time.
