We were in the process of setting up and connecting our QuickBooks account to HandiFox, and we had multiple questions and multiple issues. They responded extremely fast and were very courteous. Also, they were very clear in explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. I'm very, very pleased overall with their service. **What do you dislike about HandiFox?** Nothing at all **What problems is HandiFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find HandiFox solves our detailed problems by setting up hardware, printers, and labels with great communication. It provides detailed transaction reports that we need, unlike our previous tool. Their prompt and courteous service impressed us while setting up integration with QuickBooks. ### 2. Throughout the years we have added a few special requests and customizations as our needs changed, always an easy experience working with the staff and always a phone call away with fast customer support when you need them most. We were looking for a software and scanner to help with our inventory management that can be implemented with Quickbooks. We set up a demo with Handifox and Ruslan Belov showed us everything we needed to be comfortable with what they offered. Once we received the product, they guided us on how to set it up which was straightforward. The software has been working almost flawlessly but whenever we have an issue, Ruslan is always available to assist! **What do you dislike about HandiFox?** Nothing to be honest. The WASP scanner we purchased with the software has been working very well for the last 5 years. They are so helpful and prompt in helping us to resolve queries. There are also new additions/improvements added to the product regularly; we have asked for specific features, which have been created very quickly indeed. We find that this is a really cost-effective and useful software product (we use it for the complete sales process, as well as purchasing and stock management - and we have converted to Handifx from an alternative product). Integration with QuickBooks works really well too. **What do you dislike about HandiFox?** Some of the features that would have been useful to us weren't available when we first started using the product - but almost all are now there. The team at Handifox is supportive throughout the entire process of getting set up, and they go above and beyond. Their response time is incredible and how willing they are to help is unbeatable. They saved us countless hours with their assistance and dedication to making sure things were done correctly. The app itself is great. It does so much more than keeping inventory. It will streamline your entire sales process. You can keep track of multiple sites, assign bin locations inside of your warehouse to quickly locate items, assign barcodes to your clients, and the list goes on and on. We have over 9,000 products, and Handifox has allowed us to get our entire warehouse in order and keep track of our inventory levels with ease. We can even enter reorder points and generate purchase orders when stock levels hit the desired reorder level. We are so happy we found this app! **What do you dislike about HandiFox?** Sometimes the app doesn't sync successfully, but the customer support team addresses it immediately when this has occurred and always gets it fixed asap. **What problems is HandiFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows for users to select a synchronization frequency between the app and Quickbooks to monitor inventory levels.
