The product is user-friendly for both our staff and donors. The team at hand bid always go above and beyond to help us whether it be technical issues, reporting, or overall strategy. Elise Neugebauer has been fantastic. She has been supporting us for many years and is always willing to hop on a call to talk through how to increase our fundraising impact. Hand if is really the best product for online options that I have utilized. There are some free resources and given our ongoing struggles to recover from the pandemic, free is always a good thing, but at the end of the day Handbid is worth the investment if you are planning an event Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Guests dont know how to use handbid for bidding. It actually takes awhile to input auction items and alot of the check in process is confusing. Our silent and live auction was a great success due to the use of Handbid's mobile app. We had 73 items and the idea of using paper bid sheets would have been unrealistic for our event. We purchased a package that provided some training but we could have used a bit more instruction. Since we implimented less than two weeks prior to our event, we had to be quick in learning. Our registration process was difficult and lengthy with six staff helping with their laptops for 420 guests and it still took too long. Handbid is so user friendly - not only to the event planner but to our bidders! It really brought our annual Dinner Dance to a new level. People start bidding early and those who can't attend the event feel they are a part of it because they can bid from wherever they are!
