The HALO Recognition Team is wonderful! From the top down. I was able to meet their employees who are in the front-line and spend time with Leaders, including Jeffery Fina as well as my Account Team during a visit to their HQ. They are really fabulous to work with. Erica Fulmore is an outstanding account manager and Raj Mohabir is an amazing project manager. I also receive prompt service from my representative, Renee Stern. She has always provided me with great customer service and she is very pleasant to work with. Our representatives at HALO have been very quick to help resolve issues. Many issues have been resolved within 24 hours of my contacting them. They are very attentive to our needs and helped us with reports so we can better utilize their services. The website is very easy to use; our employees have had very little issues utilizing the site.
