They are a little behind the times than other YOS vendors. They need to do a refresh of their platform as it seems a little outdated and refresh the program offerings that they have for YOS awards. It would also be nice if they made suggestions on how to revamp the program instead of just trying to sell other aspects of the business. They should work on being a true vendor partner with collaboration on current offerings while still doing what they need to do to pitch new programs as well.
