There are some minor improvements I'd like to see, like the ability to edit scheduled post content and being able to save your post if your authorization of a channel has expired, but these are small details that possibly will be attended to in the future. Smarp's approach to employee advocacy has proven a blessing for our organization. Allowing for a centralized management, while at the same time empowering our separate regional groups to run their own initiatives from within the platform. The company/group/team user structure is particularly useful. Additionally, a lot of the reporting and user management is automated, reducing greatly the time needed for administrators to manage their users.
