Smarp is a great tool to increase reach and engagement for our B2B social media content and to help our employees become more active in social media in a very convenient way. The reach created via Smarp by our "ambassadors" each month is quite impressive and helps us to get more visible in the digital space.

A big advantage of Smarp is that it's super intuitive and user friendly from a user perspective as well as for the admin team.

Smarp enables companies to tap into the networks of their workforce. It enables people to share content with minimum efforts and allows the marketing & communications team to drive shared messages to potential customers. Downside is the investment. To turn Smarp into a good investment you need to make sure that your workforce understands the reasoning behind using Smarp and you must also constantly provide them with meaningful content. We really like the tool Smarp which we have been using since 2016 for our 6 subbrands. Through Smarp we can achieve our goal of successfully strengthening our different brands. The reason for that is that employees act as brand ambassadors to pass on valuable content to their networks while increasing the company's reach and credibility. News shared by brand ambassadors are perceived as much more authentic and therefore they are shared more often.

Smarp also helps our employees to get along, for example by strengthening their professional image and receiving more attention from the management, the board and colleagues. We particularly like the Smarp Score function because it encourages employees to share and propose articles.
