The product is easy to use and fast. There is a comfortable look and feel which is very nice on a user and administrator perspective. There also nice features that bring added value to the experience: possibility to schedule a daily digest and manage the settings easily, the leaderboard where we can see the best performers is also very useful. It brings gamification within our ambassadors and it is appreciated by our community. The analytics are also very easy to understand and allow to provide a insightful report for our stakeholders.
