"Hacware, a great up and coming Automated Security Awareness and Training Platform"

What do you like best about HacWare?

We provide Cybersecurity as a Service, Compliance strategy, and Information Security Consulting Services to our customers to ensure their security posture is exemplary and that they stay compliant with SOC2 continuously.

We mainly used a competitor for Phishing and Vishing campaigns and Information Security Awareness training before we hit a stumbling block with our smaller customers, as the more established competitors required a 25-user minimum.

We then found Hacware and rolled it out to a few of our smaller customers. We were delighted to find that the platform was so user-friendly. As a bonus, the post-sales support team was very efficient during the platform's implementation stage and ongoing support.

Update: After a few months, the Hacware team actually listened to our feedback and rolled out Okta SSO for partners. What was a dislike is now something that we like! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HacWare?

There are some minor UI/UX issues, which we have addressed with the support and products team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HacWare solving and how is that benefiting you?

The training has an excellent set of training video modules to choose from and pre-set groups of training for SOC 2, which we found very helpful.

Hacware's platform is on par with the larger competitors in its field. What makes Hacware a significant partner for us is the support team behind the platform and the ongoing development of modules which are updated monthly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best Phish Tests on the Market"

What do you like best about HacWare?

Hacware's standout feature is the AI that constantly scans the users' email and sends tests with customized "from" addresses and content to best mimic the real world threats that lead to BEC scams. Additional standout features are the ease of starting and maintaining testing regimens and the fact that everyone gets different tests and different times.
