I like the real-world coding examples allowing engagement with the candidate on actual product as opposed to high level discussions or refrences work in common repositories. The combination of SQL testing, multiple choice, and, most favored, coding examples allow one to see actual work product and gives a point for discussion on implementation style and clarity. 1. Easy to use.. for first time use difficult to join the video call, sometimes i had to call them and guide them to join the video call..

The tool is really useful to help us identify tech talent through a range of products (pair programming, white boarding design, technical tests) and it helps us build scalable hiring programmes.
