The rich question library, the ability to create our own tests, and the attention to the candidate and evaluator experiences, along with all the support they provide, are the best things in using HackerRank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do love how easy it is to create a test and send it to the candidates. Also HackerRank offers a lot of ways to test candidates' knowledge which is a great advantage.
