"Effortless Setup and User-Friendly Interface"
What do you like best about HackerEarth Assessments?

I like how easy it is to understand the interface as a new user with HackerEarth Assessments, and the user-friendly environment it provides for coding assessments. The scoring feature is particularly helpful, showing me the exact score based on the test cases I've passed and allowing me to decide my final score. I also find it beneficial that it displays the number of total questions and completed questions. We switched from HackerRank to HackerEarth because it offers a detailed interface and shows all the details needed to understand the problem. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. What do you dislike about HackerEarth Assessments?

I felt it would be great if HackerEarth shows some of the test cases to evaluate the reason for failure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HackerEarth Assessments?

I would appreciate having more detailed explanations or sample test runs provided after the assessment, as this would allow candidates to learn from their mistakes. Receiving such feedback would be very helpful for improving skills before the next attempt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Absolutely Love This Software!"
What do you like best about HackerEarth Assessments?

What I like best about HackerEarth Assessments is how easy it is to implement and get started with. The platform is intuitive, so our team was able to create and launch assessments quickly without a long learning curve. It integrates smoothly with our existing ATS and internal systems, which saves a lot of manual effort.

The feature set is quite comprehensive — from customizable question libraries to strong proctoring and analytics. We use it frequently for both campus and experienced-hire assessments, and it’s been reliable across all scales.

I also appreciate their customer support; the team is responsive and proactive whenever we face integration or setup queries. Overall, it strikes a great balance between ease of use, flexibility, and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HackerEarth Assessments?

While HackerEarth Assessments works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The reporting dashboard could offer more customization options and better visualization for large-scale results. Occasionally, the platform takes a bit longer to load when multiple assessments are active simultaneously.

Integration with certain ATS platforms can also require additional configuration effort, and some advanced features have a slight learning curve for new users.

These are relatively minor issues compared to the overall functionality, but improving them would make the experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive and User-Friendly, with Room for Customization Improvement"
What do you like best about HackerEarth Assessments?

HackerEarth Assessments offers a user-friendly platform that streamlines the hiring process.

The variety of question types—ranging from coding challenges to analytical tasks—helps evaluate candidates across different skill sets.

I also appreciate the detailed reports after each assessment, which provide insights into a candidate's performance. Customer Support is also one of the key. We can easily integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HackerEarth Assessments?

While the platform is great overall, one downside is the limited customization options for question formats. It would be helpful if we had more flexibility in tailoring assessments to our specific needs.

Additionally, at times, the UI can feel a little overwhelming with too many options to navigate, especially when you’re in a time crunch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some coding questions have very strict time limits, which can stress candidates. A little flexibility or better hints would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"very nice"
What do you like best about HackerEarth Assessments?

I appreciate how HackerEarth Assessments combine a clean interface with a wide range of question types—from coding challenges to conceptual QA questions. The platform is intuitive, loads quickly, and provides a focused environment for solving problems. I also like how it simulates real-world scenarios, helping candidates showcase practical skills, not just theoretical knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HackerEarth Assessments?

One thing I found challenging was the lack of real-time feedback or hints during the test. It would be helpful to know if a submission is on the right track, especially for coding questions. Also, some questions could benefit from clearer wording to avoid confusion. Improving these areas would make the experience smoother and more confidence-building. "Great Platform to Showcase Skills!"
What do you like best about HackerEarth Assessments?

What I like best about HackerEarth Assessments is how seamlessly the platform combines ease of use with powerful functionality. The user interface is intuitive, which makes it easy to focus on solving problems rather than figuring out navigation. It offers a wide range of features—from coding challenges and MCQs to project-based tasks—that help assess different skill levels effectively.

From a user perspective, setup and implementation are hassle-free—everything runs smoothly in-browser with no additional configurations needed. Even occasional users can quickly get up to speed thanks to the clean design. While I haven’t needed to reach out to customer support personally, the help documentation is quite comprehensive. The platform’s ability to integrate different question formats and proctoring tools creates a robust and fair assessment environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HackerEarth Assessments?

While HackerEarth offers a great assessment experience overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the problem statements can be slightly unclear or lack real-world examples, which can lead to confusion during assessments. More illustrative examples or visual aids would enhance the ease of use, especially for first-time users.

Additionally, feedback on failed test cases is minimal, making it harder to debug or understand what went wrong—adding more detailed hints (post-submission) would improve the learning experience.

Though the platform is feature-rich, some features—like proctoring or UI hints—could be better explained or more visible. I also feel that live or faster customer support during assessments could really enhance the experience for users facing technical glitches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
