Bring in any sort of spreadsheet or connect one of your cloud tools or databases, prepare your data in clicks, create insights and share them with your clients, teams and stakeholder. Gyana is for every industry and almost any role. It makes aggregating data safely an intuitive task, and it completely erase the tedious and repetitive tasks required for regular reporting. ## Gyana Reviews ### 1. I never knew that visualizing the steps of organizing information could help so much! Before, we used many formulas and conditions to link Excel or databases. The scariest thing is that, when an error occurs, you have to step by step go back to find the mistake. Gyana solved this problem, and even though connecting many steps is still very fast. **What do you dislike about Gyana?** A file I needed to download wouldn't be saved directly on my computer. I had to go to my email account and download it. The file was a long, random string of numbers and letters, not the name I gave it. Dashboards are not flexible enough for editing. For example, how do you make a number into a percentage or add commas, the thousands separator. **Recommendations to others considering Gyana:** Although this tool is not perfect right now, it is constantly improving. Although the team has been performing brilliantly, I'm even more excited about their future potential.I think it's worth paying for this service because it is so powerful than you thught. **What problems is Gyana solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data is only useful when it is organized. In my work, I often deal with a lot of physical retail data. Most of the data analysis tools on the internet are meant for cloud-based data. Then some BI tools need a lot of time to learn how to use them, and they are costly. Gyana is really useful because it can handle all sorts of data, not just cloud-based data. ### 2. When I discovered this service as a data analyst myself, I immediately purchased the access for it. Below are the reasons I love the Tool. 1. It's not coding. Simply drag and drop and tweak to put together your analysis. 2. This app has connections to all of your favorite apps like Facebook, Shopify, and Instagram, just to name a few.. 3. You can turn any data-set into a map, graph or really anything else that you want. It's easy to make interactive visualizations without too much hassle. This has the Potential to help me so I can see everything at once, the whole picture, allowing me to take action quickly. The tool itself is superb and I decided to give it a try. I am really excited to have explored the onboarding process and gained insight into all the ways this will make people feel smarter in front of their friends, bosses, clients, and stakeholders. It can analyze a lot of data from many different angles! **What do you dislike about Gyana?** I've noticed that the software sometimes doesn't work. At times, it can feel like there's simply no way to evaluate it. Some of the integrations seem to be broken. It's also important to note that, despite these slight drawbacks, the tool is still very valuable. Sure, it needs some improvements and bugs fixed. Apart from that, this tool has the potential to turn anyone into a professional data analyst. **Recommendations to others considering Gyana:** This is a perfect opportunity for people who are interested in making use of their data but don't know where to start. It's never been easier or more affordable to make sense of your data with modern analytical tools. Don't sleep on Gyana! **What problems is Gyana solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is so much data out there and it's true that it has the potential to be as valuable as oil. But how will you get the data out? Well, this is what Gyana does. It helps you dig into the deep well of data and converts them into insights. This is a great product for anyone looking to get into Data analytics without needing coding skills. ### 3. Incredible potential. Then manipulate that data like clay, WITHOUT the need to code in Python. **What do you dislike about Gyana?** The app is not ready for prime time.
