**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I like the simplicity and how user friendly the platform is. It does a good job of integrating information and allowing for easy acess to these tools. Gusto is very fast and reliable and updates information quickly. I feel that I am getting my moneys worth with the platform. Onboarding was a bit of a struggle when it came to me adding my new company, the customer support was alright, and I neded up solving the issue in the end.  I have yet to notice any artificial intelligence tools but I think that could be a helpful tool to capitalize on. I do like the automation smrt feature of the W2 forms for signing them it makes it very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Gusto made the onboarding process for my new company a bit challenging. I think a smoother system to allow a second payroll option would be helpful, rather then needing to make a whole new account for the second payroll.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto makes payroll simple, makes understadning the tax system very easy, with reports easy to acess.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I really like Gusto because it's easy to use, and I can always call someone and get assistance when needed. The customer service is really great, and they're always easy to get ahold of. I also like their referral program, which has been helpful as a firm owner to refer it over to my clients and receive a nice compensation. They're fairly priced and don't charge per payroll. The initial setup was really easy, and my whole team knows how to use it, so it makes running payroll smooth.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I guess the only thing I would say that could be improved is that Gusto sometimes doesn't file some tax returns, and they don't necessarily tell you. You have to kinda go digging for them. So if you could get a notification that something wasn't filed, that would be really helpful. The only other item that I've kinda dealt with recently that I need to call and get assistance on is that my client keeps getting charged for a service that we never signed up for, priority support. We've thought we fixed it once, and this is the second invoice that she's getting charged for. But, I know I need to give them a call, and I'm sure they'll be able to help us out with that.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto makes setting up and managing payroll easy and provides reliable customer service. It simplifies the process for my firm, doesn't charge per payroll, and offers a helpful referral program. My team finds it user-friendly, and we always have support when needed.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I use Gusto for payroll and HR employee management. I like that it simplifies what would otherwise probably be a difficult process, especially in tracking employee time and making sure people get paid accurately. I like using the expense submission and approval process, and the time off request feature. It's great that it offers time tracking so people can clock their hours. Gusto also makes it easier to track who has time off because I can see all the time off requests at a glance. I appreciate that it's got a calendar feed that I can send to a calendar app and see those overlapping with payroll deadlines. Overall, I find these features helpful and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I find the expense entry mechanism on the mobile app isn't ideal, but it works well on the desktop so it's not a dealbreaker for me.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto simplifies payroll and HR management for me, making it easy to handle time tracking, overtime pay, and accurate payments. It also streamlines tracking time off requests, integrating with a calendar app for easy scheduling. I also appreciate the way it integrates contractors with employees, while keeping their distinctions clear and easy to filter.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I love how easy it is to run payroll on a regular or as needed basis. I especially appreciate Gusto takes care of all of the tax filings for my company. Gusto alerted me to department of labor laws regarding time off accrual that I didn't even know where changing, and then provided an easy solution by walking me through creating a time off policy. It saves me time and money by taking care of mundane tasks. With it's QuickBooks Sync I'm able to easily reconcile payroll deductions and have an accurate understanding of my payroll expenses.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

For what I need Gusto covers everything. There are some interesting benefits and features at higher subscription tiers but I haven't had a need to jump to a higher tier yet, maybe as I expand.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Gusto is solving for me is taking the guesswork and headache out of payroll and the associated taxes.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I like how the platform actually looks. Whether it's the app or the website, it is very pretty and easy to navigate. It is very simple. I like how easy it is to set different savings goals, as well as how much money is in my regular checking account. The PTO page is also very easy to navigate. I do not pay for the platform; my work does. The website is fast, and so is the app. Whenever I have needed customer service, they were very good about getting back to me. Have not tried connecting it to other platforms, but I have navigated those pages, and it seems like it would be easy to do so. I feel like I am getting my money's worth from the platform. The AI assistant chat feature is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I can't think of anything that I do not really like, if I had to be very picky I would maybe say that it is a little bit hard to navigate the saving goals and I wish I could just close one of them from the site instead of having to talk to customer service. It is a little bit hard to move money between bank accounts/ integrate another bank account.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of having to get a paper check, and it is helping me automatically pull money from my check and set it aside.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

Gusto is easy to use. I have very little experience with payroll before and have enjoyed how easy and quick it is to use while in a time crunch. I like the ability to be able to enroll into workshops to learn more and become more educated. I was able to use AI to figure out how to get my staff paid on time due to the holiday and it answered all my questions even when I did not know how to phrase my questions. The server is always quick and I am able to even effeciently use the mobile version

I was notified a little later than expected about the holiday discrepancy and it affected our pay date.

being able to have easy access and tracking of payments and time off hours!

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

Gusto has a great UI. It had a lot of integrations that are helpful. It performs very well at a reasonable price. The support and onboarding staff are helpful and responsive. I have used them several times. I have no experience using Gusto's "AI" but the intelligence in Gusto's forms have certainly helped me streamline my payroll process. When you are a small business owner, you are often the income producer. Gusto takes payroll from being a fire you have to put out, to an automated process you only need to think about when you're onboarding, generating tax forms, or reviewing reports. And even then, it takes the pain out of those actions. I highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The most difficult thing about using Gusto has been setting up my tax accounts. However, Gusto does offer to allow a third-party to complete this step for you. The price was a bit high for me to justify but the process has been a pain and it is unfortunately associated with payroll in my mind.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The entire payroll process. I don't have to do any other math manually. I don't have to draft and file a form to the IRS periodically. I don't have to write checks for myself and my employees. That's all taken care of. It has been a real game changer.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I love how Gusto has made managing our team so much easier, from onboarding new employees to running payroll, everything is simple and straightforward. The ability for new hires to complete their paperwork online saves us a lot of time and keeps everything organized. The tracking of employee hours and management of time-off requests, along with easy access for employees to their pay stubs, tax forms, and payroll information, is a big plus. The feature that tracks insurance eligibility and reminds us about the 60-day waiting period has been especially helpful. Gusto also makes the initial setup super easy and quick, which was a great start for us. It's become a tool we rely on every day, and I'd definitely recommend it to any small business looking for an easy, reliable payroll platform.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Sometimes, when onboarding a new employee, it glitches and says they did not sign their I-9, which causes me to have to manually push the onboarding through and fill it out myself. Otherwise, that's typically the only hiccup I have.

I use Gusto to streamline onboarding, manage payroll, and keep employee documents secure. It organizes everything online, saving us time. It tracks employee hours, manages time-off requests, and monitors insurance eligibility deadlines. Gusto reduces HR stress and is easy for both the office and employees to use.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I use Gusto because it's easy to use and cloud-based, which I find really convenient. The support has been good, and the interface is nice. The reporting feature works very well, allowing me to create custom reports, which is awesome. I appreciate using it for time tracking, which is really helpful, and the fact that it handles our state employment taxes and work comp is very helpful. It simplifies payroll, serves as a source of truth for employment information, and houses our onboarding tasks. Employees can set up their profile and banking information directly, so we don't have to be involved.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The performance management/reviews process could be improved. I think it would be better with improved templates, the ability to modify templates, and reminders.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto makes payroll easy, serves as our source of truth for employment info, manages onboarding tasks, and simplifies tax handling. It allows employees to set up profiles and banking themselves. The interface is nice, and custom reports are easy to create.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

As both an employee and a manager of other employees, I really appreciate how Gusto acts as a one-stop-shop for HR and employee-detail management needs.  I can easily look up and edit both my own information as well as review and suggest changes for employees who report to me.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

As a manager of employees who work in different departments across our company, we've had to figure out ways to provide ancillary formal feedback outside of the formal review, as that appears to currently be restricted to one manager per employee.  It would be nice to be able to define multiple managers for employees and allow multiple managers to provide formal reviews to one employee who works in different departments.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's very helpful to have so much employee information easily accessible and manageable in one platform.  As an employee, being able to access bot my own details, paychecks, 401k stats, etc. in one place is very nice and saves time.  As a manager, I find Gusto equally useful in tracking important employee information and providing feedback.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I like how user friendly the interface is. If I need to find something, it doesn't take long to poke around the website and find what I'm looking for. For example, I figured Gusto probably had a system for keeping track of vacation time, and it didn't long to find that exact section.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Gusto advertises other paid programs to help their users with different areas outside of payroll. While I understand some of these costs, it would be nice if some of them were included in the monthly cost of Gusto. For example, I could have paid to have Gusto set up all my tax accounts for me, but I wouldn't have minded some help with that without paying extra.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto is solving how complicated payroll can be. I don't have to worry about what percentages of payroll have to get taxed and sending the tax money where it needs to go. They are doing a great job at their main goal.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I love Gusto as an employee side to check my paystubs, view tax documents, and manage general info. Keeping up with paychecks is easy, and I liked the new employee setup process, including remote ID verification. The UI is nice, though I don't care for the cartoon graphics. I can't speak for integrations. Performance seems fast. Pricing must be reasonable since my startup has it. I'm not sure about AI features, haven't seen any. It's all way better than, say, ADP or the paycheck platforms of yore.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Like I said, I don't like the cartoon graphics. I wish the UI and overall branding were more minimal instead of relying so heavily on drawings. More importantly, it would be much more convenient if paystubs previewed directly in the app instead of forcing PDF download.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto makes viewing my paycheck easier, and I also really like that healthcare and other benefits are integrated in one spot.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I like how easy it is to find what I need in the Gusto dashboard. I am busy and running payroll is just one part of my job. As a small business owner, I need to be able to quickly navigate to the right forms and submit payroll and manage benefits within the tool. I don't use the integrations really but I know they are there. The price compared to our previous systems was attractive, especially for a small team. I don't remember any onboarding training from their team, but it's been easy to onboard employees on our end. I appreciate the level of support so far.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

It's mildly challenging to on-board employees in different states. I wish there was a more centralized hub to help with this piece.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a payroll platform with a high ability integration ability with other systems, but was also easy to use and straightforward. I have not used the AI component to its fully capability, but I look forward to trying this feature out.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

The user interface is very easy to use and understand. I know where to find the information I'm looking for and it's presented in a clear, clean format. It was very easy to get set up as a new employee. I also like all of the features and visuals around my pay stub and PTO.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The only main hiccup I've had with Gusto is when selecting my health insurance plan. I appreciated the helpful notes on each option that highlighted some of the key differences between plans, but there was some confusion when my supervisor clarified that we are not actually eligible for an HSA. That was one of the notes highlighted on one of the plans, and she said the employer doesn't have the ability to edit those so I selected a plan incorrectly thinking I would be eligible for an HSA.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Gusto as an employee has helped save me a lot of time and confusion when I am looking for important information like pay stubs, benefits/health insurance information, and PTO. Having the app makes it easy to pull up my health insurance info for appointments.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

What I like most about Gusto is that everything is in one place. Reimbursements, time-off requests, paycheck tracking, and pay stub history are all only a few clicks away. Instead of emailing HR every time I need an old pay stub or want to check the status of a reimbursement, I can just log in and find it myself, which saves time for both me and HR. The site is fast and smooth, and the mobile app is just as easy to use, so I can take care of things on the go without any friction. I also appreciate the reminders and notifications—small things like a heads-up about a pending task or a time-off status update keep me from having to check back manually. It’s a small touch, but it adds up.

One unexpected benefit has been on the onboarding side. I’ve been assigned to help bring new hires up to speed, and Gusto’s task tracking makes it easy to see exactly where each person is in the process.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

One downside I've run into is with time-off requests. My employer's policy includes 40 hours of unpaid time off per year, but because the administrator has our unpaid balance set to 0 in the system, I'm not able to submit that request myself — I have to go through my manager to have them submit it on my behalf. This adds an unnecessary layer to what should be a simple process, and it's not clear whether this is a Gusto limitation or just a configuration choice on our employer's end, but either way it creates friction.

I've also noticed some inconsistency between the mobile app and web portal — certain features or information are only available on one or the other. I understand mobile apps are generally designed for quick, on-the-go use while the website handles more complex tasks, so some of this is expected.

On the onboarding side, the task tracking is really just a self-reported checklist — new hires mark tasks as complete themselves, but there's no way to verify they actually did the task correctly, or even at all. If someone accidentally checks the wrong box, or checks something off without fully completing it, it can go unnoticed and the task effectively gets missed. Some kind of verification step, or at least a way to flag or confirm completion beyond a checkbox, would make the process more reliable.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Gusto, tasks like getting a pay stub, submitting a reimbursement, or checking a time-off balance would have meant emailing HR and waiting for a response — with no clear, self-service place to check any of that information myself. Gusto solves this by putting it all in one accessible platform, so I can pull up my pay history, submit and track reimbursements, and see my time-off balance whenever I need to, without waiting on someone else.

It's also solved a similar problem on the onboarding side. Instead of relying on a paper-based or manually tracked checklist to make sure new hires complete everything they need to, Gusto gives me a centralized view of each new hire's progress, so I can see what's done and what's still pending without having to chase people down or maintain a separate spreadsheet.

The overall benefit is time saved — both mine and HR's — since routine requests and onboarding steps that used to require back-and-forth communication are now things I can handle or monitor directly.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I find Gusto to be amazing because the setup was super easy and user-friendly. I really appreciate the handy calendar for keeping track of employee time off and the amazing birthday tracker. The platform is so easy to use, and the convenience of an app that I can download directly to my phone saves me from having to log into the browser, which is wonderful. I liked the step-by-step instructions and the ability to drag and drop documents instead of just uploading them.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I do wish that upon signing up I was able to enter more than one bank account to have my direct deposit go to, but I assume that can easily be sorted by talking to my company's admin.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto makes payroll easy with user-friendly setup, tracks employee time off with a calendar, and includes a birthday tracker. The app is convenient, eliminating the need to log in on a browser.

The information is clear and easy to find. The app performs well and cuts down the time I spend navigating, so I can get straight to work.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Occasionally, the app will not open causing me to fix my time either at home or the next day. If my mobile app isn't working, my coworkers also have issues simultaneously.

One thing I do not like about Gusto is that the total of my paycheck is displayed on the opening page of the app. If I'm around other coworkers. I don't always feel comfortable opening the app around them.

The interface is unlike any other since it is user-friendly and very intuitive. The breakdown of my bi-weekly check really helps me see where my money is coming from and where it is going to. 

I also appreciate that the interface stays consistent on the mobile app. Many programs/apps lose accessibility on their mobile apps but Gusto remains consistent no matter if it is on the computer or phone. 

I also love that healthcare benefits are embedded into the space since I don't like having to go into a separate place to see my employer's healthcare plans. It is by far the best application I have ever used for a job. My last job used Gusto and I was very glad to find out that my current new job also uses Gusto. 

I also am tax exempt from FICA taxes and with Gusto, my new employer easily put that information in. In the past, I have been taxed incorrectly maybe due to inaccessibility for my employers. I am glad that Gusto makes it easier for me during tax season.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The only thing I might dislike (though that is a strong word), is the spending trends section. I wish it didn't only have to be linked to the Gusto Spending Account. I understand the limitations that Gusto may face with linking other Bank accounts to this feature. I wish I could just get rid of that part on my Gusto account since it takes up space for no reason.

Gusto helps solve many accessibility and efficiency issues. Before Gusto, I used to struggle to keep track of all my information, benefits, pay, tax documents, etc. Everything used to be scattered and now it is all in one place which allows for less serious mistakes. I don't have to worry about where to find my W-2 when it is tax season or if my hours are wrongly documented, I can easily check and let my employer know.

I use Gusto for clocking in and out of work. I love the little dancing pig when we sign on. Seriously though, I like the user experience because it's very simple and easy to use. I appreciate the layout, everything is clearly set, so I can find what I'm looking for easily. Once I sign on, it takes me exactly where I need to be to clock in. I don't have to click through any tabs or waste any time because the tab for clocking in is right in front of my face. It's efficient, easy, and not complicated at all. I like how easy it was to set up as someone who is not a payroll accountant. I'm a therapist, so I've never done any of these types of things before. I especially liked Gusto's payroll calculator, which made me feel more comfortable setting up a reasonable payroll. I like that in the future I can integrate other products as I go. The one year discount with blue vine made it easier to decide to go this direction, and made it a no-brainer to ensure I was compliant in federal and state fees. I had to make several calls for support and got a kind person on the other line each time.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I'm a little bummed about how much each different feature costs, at some point it doesn't make having an S-corp feel as much of a benefit as it's advertised to be. Such as, having an extra fee for 401K integration feels like it offsets the money to contribute, which turns me off from doing that altogether. The gym membership option felt misleading, as if I could offer that like an HSA type benefit with tax breaks but that turned out to not be true, and came at again an extra fee. Gusto is already expensive and then felt like a nickel and dime everywhere.

Gusto is helping me be compliant as an S-corp and filing taxes on my behalf. That's the real and only benefit I'm receiving. I was intrigued by other benefits like 401K, gym membership, HSA/FSA, but those will come at additional costs that are prohibitive in signing up for them.

We switched from Quickbooks to Gusto for payroll, and now I can pay my employees with ease. We were running into problems every week with Quickbooks, but with Gusto they get paid on time. The website is also extremely easy to use, which makes the whole process smoother. I’m happy we made the switch. The onboarding process was more complex than other payroll processing system but we were able to guide our employees through the process. We do feel like this switch was best for us not only user friendly wise but cost wise. The price is worth the access you recieve. The AI is just an added touch to help you through any problems you may run into which may not be many. Do reccomend Gusto.

I find Gusto nice and good. I like the emails they send because they help remind me of things I need to get done for the company so I don't have to be on top of it as much. The reminders are quick, concise, and it's easy to click the button on the email. The initial setup was easy enough. Being able to just quickly review my employees and their hours makes it super easy without any bookkeeping. There's a lot of support from the AI intelligence, and the pricing is good. Makes taxes easy to do. The performance is smooth, but I haven't really tried integrations with it yet.

Submitting forms through Gusto is kinda confusing. I think it should be more step by step, making it a little more clear. Also, it gets kind of confusing when there are a lot of to-dos. I'm not sure how to prioritize different things, and I'm not sure what the reason is or what causes each task. Sometimes I have to ignore them because they don't really seem relevant, even though they might be relevant.

I use Gusto for HR and benefits, and timekeeping, and I love how it solves the problem of decentralization of the employee benefit and work experience. It's fun and serves as a one-stop hub for all my needs whenever I have benefit questions. The interface is just great; it's lighthearted but powerful. I find the usability and fun atmosphere appealing. The time tracking and auditing of my timecard are very easy, and I can manage my HSA account very easily while also handling claims. The initial setup was very easy with little to no roadblocks, making it a smooth experience.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The mobile app has some limitations compared to the desktop website. It would be easier and quicker if there were more options to type in your time rather than using the 'rolling' numbers option.

The one thing I like least is that changing an employee’s hours or pay can take several steps, rather than offering a simple dropdown or a quicker edit option. A more streamlined process for making quick adjustments would make the platform even better.

We used to struggle with pay periods and, honestly, just getting employees paid in general. Now, with Gusto, it’s as easy as clicking a button, and that has helped ensure paychecks are correct and the right taxes are withheld.

Federal and state payroll tax filings are automatically processed on exact payroll cutoff dates. Contractor direct deposits are deposited directly into recipients bank accounts in one business day. Employee self onboarding enables new hires to fill out federal form W4 information without the need for HR personnel.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Data exports for multi state crews stop while the custom job costing reports are running. Enabling changes to worker compensation code classifications means that users have to re-enter current employee profiles. Pay stubs are not able to be changed for previous payroll cycles once the cycle has closed. Pending tax registration updates take a long time to process and need lengthy phone conversations with customer support.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many states jurisdictions experienced payroll payment mistakes with manual calculations on payroll spreadsheets. We did not need to hire any new in-house tax compliance personnel to automate our multi state withholdings using centralized tax compliance. We're able to run our payrolls in under 15 minutes every two weeks with our operational team.

I love how user-friendly Gusto is, which makes it super easy to navigate as a first-time director without having to do a lot of research. It clearly shows exactly how much will be taken out of the company bank account and each person's take-home pay. I find it very easy to set up because Gusto only asks for the essential information and nothing extra. I also like using it to look back on how much someone has earned and to automatically generate reports. Additionally, I appreciate that Gusto allows us to keep accounts active for former employees, so we can pay them if they are needed for contract work. Overall, I would highly recommend Gusto to a friend or colleague, scoring it a 10.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

There are very few things that could be improved in my opinion, but there are a couple reminders that keep popping up and won't go away even if I exit out of them. They would be less intrusive if they weren't the first thing popping up to take care of when I go to run payroll and if they went away after seeing it once or a few times.

Gusto makes it easy to navigate as a first-time director, simplifying payroll with a user-friendly interface. It shows payroll costs clearly and generates earnings reports automatically.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

Entering hours and tracking PTO is simple. The paperwork process for new employees is also really easy—the step-by-step directions and prompts let employees enter their own info, and then I can verify ID, etc., in a way that feels very straightforward. The AI help chat is surprisingly helpful, especially for giving step-by-step directions when issues come up or there’s a weird paperwork situation. We haven’t had any complaints from our bookkeeper either, although we haven’t tried the integration with Quickbooks Online yet. It’s reasonably priced for a small nonprofit with under six employees, and it’s easy to set up different pay rates and PTO accrual for different positions.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I’m trying the time tracking right now, and it takes a few more steps than I’d like, especially since I switch between projects frequently. The tax document and state reporting submissions are usually solid, but this year we ran into an issue connecting to the state system that resulted in us having to pay a fine, which wasn’t great. The higher tier I’m trialing now—with HR and time tracking—may also be a bit too pricey for a small nonprofit.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that I don’t have to think too hard or remember a lot of complicated steps to run payroll. Aside from the one issue I’ve had, I feel confident that the paperwork is being filed correctly, which gives me real peace of mind. I probably spend an hour or less each month dealing with payroll and related paperwork. The HR employee handbook-builder is a lifesaver—I definitely wouldn’t have the time to do all the research needed to put one together myself, and having policies that are pre-reviewed by a lawyer also saves time and money.

I use Gusto for my non-medical home health care business and love how it auto files my state and federal taxes. It sets up my Alabama new hires for me and helps automate a lot of the very annoying inconveniences of being a business owner. I find it extremely easy to use, which is a major plus. The employee onboarding is something I use all the time, and I love how easy it is to send out payroll. The initial setup was extremely easy when my team switched from Patriot.

I think there should be a way to test out onboarding in simulating payrolls just to get a feel of it and how employees see the app.

I use Gusto for payroll services, and it auto-files state and federal taxes, sets up new hires, and automates inconvenient tasks. Employee onboarding is a major plus, and it's easy to send out payroll.

What I like the most, payment says it will be available in 1-5 business days, I live and Honduras and once my boss has submitted my payment, I receive it directly to my bank account in 1 business day. 

It has a flat rate of 1.50%, although I think it’s high, I’ve send higher rates.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

There’s no option for you to use PayPal, only a bank account, they should integrate other options and lower charging rates such as the 1.50% they charge for each payment received.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was some cases on where they charged additional fees, but it was returned to my account so I’m glad they are honest about that.

Also I think customer support should be a bit faster. 

Also whenever I use Gusto on my phone and go to a different tab, it always logs me out. Even if it was just for a couple of seconds.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I like Gusto for its user interface and reporting capabilities, and its integration with our church financial software is excellent. It's really time-saving, complete, and accurate, which makes it a logical choice for a non-profit like ours. The system is fantastic for the price and helps keep our administrative costs to a minimum while ensuring legal compliance. I also appreciate that Gusto integrates with our Aplos Accounting software with just a click of a button and verification of posting. The setup is very simple, taking less than a few minutes, and can be done anytime, although we chose to launch in January. As a small organization with just 5 employees, we find it easy to add more employees and 1099 contractors as needed.

we are completely satisfied, nothing we would change or dislike currently.

I use Gusto for church payroll and 1099 administration. It solves excessive report filing and eases submitting hourly payroll.

I love that everything is at my fingertips; submitting time, clock in/out, submitting expenses, time off requests. As an admin employee, it's also great for my daily tasks. Extremely organized and easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I can honestly say that there's nothing I dislike about this app/website. Everything is where it needs to be and so easy to find and use.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Gusto, we were tracking everyone's expense receipt in Google Suites. Which could be a pain because employees had to send me their receipts, I then had to email them to myself to be able to upload them onto our Drive then to our tracking sheet. Now, it's easy as letting our employees know to upload their receipts through the app or desktop version on their profile. It's saved us SO much time in the process.
