"Centralized Knowledge Hub with Selective Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

I like that we can share knowledge, but that it also has a feature to keep some of that information to certain individuals so it's not visible to the whole company. I can choose what teams are able to see what, and it's also easy to verify and keep up to date. The ability to keep sensitive topics locked out of public view, is very useful. We integrate Guru with Chrome, Zendesk, and Slack, which are great integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

The search feature can be not as helpful once your company grows, because many teams call certain topics the same way. So when you search for things, you can end up with not really relevant results and many results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Guru: Intuitive Knowledge Hub with AI Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

I like Guru's verification cadencing and assignment features, which help us ensure information stays up to date and is reviewed by the right people. The AI agents are great as they use our sourced data from Guru and other locations like Google Drive, Gong, and Slack to answer questions effectively. This feature really helps prevent SMEs and legacy employees from having to deal with too many repetitive questions. Setting up Guru was very easy, and they've been available to help with clean-up projects and revamps along the way (we are long-time users). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

Some features to review for duplicative content or different answers within different cards/articles. Since we source from multiple places, if information is incorrect in Google Drive but correct in Guru, or correct in Confluence but incorrect in Guru, we'd want a way to sift through them to find and update. "Streamlines Document Management, Enhances Productivity"
4/5
What do you like best about Guru?

I like how Guru helps centralize all our knowledge and important documents in one place, which makes it much easier for the team to access the information they need. I find the AI-powered search functionality with verification very impressive as it quickly brings up relevant information. What I love about Guru is its engaging UI and user-friendliness; even someone with little technical knowledge can quickly understand and start using the platform. The browser extension is also awesome because it allows us to maintain productivity by accessing data in real-time without interrupting our current work. Additionally, the initial setup of Guru was quite easy due to its interface and user-friendly UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

I would like to highlight few points that I have faced during using Guru. Sometimes when we upload the documents it takes a long time to upload or to process which makes us difficult to add more documents. Another point would be, when we search the results and there are many similar documents like in my case there are many clients NDA which almost are similar and we search for those it takes an extra time to identify the one we are looking for. I really appreciate how user-friendly Guru is, which makes my daily interactions with it straightforward and efficient. "User-Friendly HR Tool for All Documents"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

User friendly. Great HR tool for all documents. We keep all benefits, company holiday/schedule, handbooks, memos, 401(k) plan information, payroll details in Guru so it's an easy search away for employees with basic HR questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

The only thing I dislike about Guru is the format of the search bar. I don't like that it's difficult to search for (for example) - company holidays. I have to save all my HR documents under favorites for an easy access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Guru is the way it facilitates the storage of information and makes them easily accessible. The AI, driven suggestions and search are so efficient that one hardly has to spend time in looking for answers or documents. I also like the way the interface works, clean and straightforward, it is compatible with such tools as Slack and Google Workspace thereby making it very convenient to use during daily work. Collaborating across teams becomes very easy, efficient, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

There are times when the app is slow in syncing or updating with the newly added information. Besides, the process of setting up initial collections and permissions may be a bit daunting for the first, time users. But after everything is set up, it works perfectly. "A Fast, Reliable Knowledge Hub That Makes QA Work Easier"
4/5
What do you like best about Guru?

As a QA Tester, what I like best about Guru is how quickly it allows me to access accurate internal knowledge without digging through multiple tools. The interface is clean, responses are reliable, and the search experience feels intelligent rather than keyword-heavy. It reduces a lot of back-and-forth during testing cycles, especially when verifying requirements or confirming expected behaviors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

One drawback is that setting up and organizing collections at the start can be quite overwhelming, particularly for new teams that lack an established documentation structure. Additionally, some of the content permission settings are not always straightforward, which can make managing access a bit confusing. Syncing with other platforms sometimes needs to be checked manually, which adds extra steps. There are also certain features that seem buried under several layers of navigation, making it harder to quickly find information during active QA testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
