What do you like best about Guru?

The most helpful thing that the Guru does is it's easy to navigate. We can use a keyword to pull up the right Guru card. We can easily check the updates that we have on the main page of Guru. What do you like best about Guru?

What do you like best about Guru?

Love using Guru as a knowledge management system - I'm in it every single day! It is very easy to use, and they are always rolling out new features. Most recently they launched Guru Pages, which we're currently testing out - so many different potential use cases!

What do you like best about Guru?

As a beginer, one of the best things that I can vouch about Guru is how user friendly it is. It is easy to navigate and easy to utilize. What do you like best about Guru?

It acually has all of the information that we need in taking cases. It basically helps us on how we can provide the best assistance to our customer. What do you like best about Guru?

This is honestly one of the best knowledge base software I've used. It's so easy to navigate, clean to look at as well. The best thing is the AI feature that recognizes the keywords while searchinng for a topic. Love it. I use it everyday. It's soeasy to implement and integrate. It makes support so easy. As a customer support agent I use Guru to find all answers quickly and intuitively. The entire team has access to it and we add new cards as we work to compile a comprehensive and helpful library of answers. The format is perfect, providing a fast and seemless path to speed up our responses.
