The tool is excellent. The way it's organized is neat, it's clean and goes straight to the point in a way that you can't get lost in it. The AI powered assistance is perfect for when you don't know what to look for and it gives you the related articles or cards so you can read the source material with no problem. For Shopify, even though I'm only starting in the company, I already see myself using this most of time, unlike other campaigns where you rarely use the Knowledge Base after a certain amount of time. With my time using Guru I see the great potential it has to keep a whole team updated and coordinated, with it's tabs well organized and constant updates by the incessant work our team puts through. Being able to fact check on the go and even having embeds on the workplace tools, it makes for quick and easy consulting. We need to be looking for guideline/service updates all the time, but Guru makes it easy to keep us informed by having cohesive tabs and also a 'New Cards' tab. It needs a dark mode, for starters. We use Guru too frequently to be left out on a convenient and easy way to help us keep working many hours, regardless if working from home or office. Guru is easy to update with new information, but I do wish more designers and typography reviewers would give it more love, because sometimes the information isn't easy to understand or isn't well organized, causing ambiguity and confusion on thorough guidelines. I also very much like being able to comment on the Cards on the go, but we could help our main Guru team by writing comments for them to check out and keep helping our team with real time, on the go feedback. I like best about guru card is that when checking any concern on this platofrm I am able to find the exact behaivour what is the error merchant are getting and I am able to check this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the only dislike about the guru card is that it is very hard to find the correct guru card releated to the concern but once the card is found then it is very good to go Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to collaborate with past members and future members. It's like if a researcher could pick up where a previous one left off. It's very simple to use, especially for a large team.

GURU is something I make use of everyday, it's easy to search for keywords and it helps me with my job at supporting customers whenever I need to follow guidelines and workflows. Updates are easy to find as they're in the main page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the manner in which they have consolidated all relevant cases onto a single Guru page. This organization facilitates a clearer understanding of the customer's issues for both advisors and support staff. What I like the most with Guru is you can just enter a keyword and it will display all cards related to the keyword you typed in. We use it everyday so memorizing all the cards is pretty hard, but locating the right Guru cards help us find the information we needed easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be helpful if we can have a tab or area where we can view cards that was added or modified on a specific date. It would help us go back on what cards are added instead of viewing one card at a time to check when was it modified or added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Guru is a Great Knowledge Base Assistance, it provides helping articles, information to me and the agents in how to proceed in certain scenarios of minted. AI tool is a great asset on the app and help us get a faster answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
