What do you like best about Guru?

Guru is a great tool to use for maintaining information, from methods and procedures to business related updates. You can type in what you're looking for; whether the information is in the title, the content, or a Guru card tag, you have access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

There's so much information that can be stored within Guru that it takes a lot of ongoing, dedicated maintenance. In both companies I've used Guru at, cards become outdated and don't get the proper updating in a timely manner. Thus, I've used outdated information for decision making. What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

Information storage and mass communication have been the biggest problems solved with Guru. We're able to easily send out company-wide updates, and ensure people have seen the information by requesting employees to check off that they've read the content within Guru.
